I ,WALKE N. V. , CUSTOMER LIVING AT MOSHI PRADHIKARAN-PIMPARI SECT-06,PLOT -32, am kindly requesting you regarding disconnection of electric supply to the same area since sunday 4.30pm to till the day.
i was already contacted to all concerned authorities, but it is found that nobody is taking responsibilities for solving the problem, i didnot know why it was happened? whether the persons are sleeping continously for
last two days to till the period
i suffered continously with the same problem, so again i kindly requesting to try to solve the problem and give me the details of further action along with no.
thanking you for considerng me as a customer.

    Hello Billing Dept,

    This is in regards to my Electricity bill generated for 17th Dec - 17th Jan.
    I had given a written application to Mr. Deshpande in the month of Nov 2010 mentioning that Our Flat Q-501 Heliconia Magarpatta City
    will remain closed for couple of months and our average monthly billing would be less than normal.
    My Customer number is[protected]

    In this bill I see that I have been charged Rs.260 and the status says FAULTY.
    Now there is nothing wrong with the meter and I am ready to pay minimun charges as the units consumed is 0.

    Attached is screen shot of the Bill, please make change to the bill in next billing cycle.
    This is the only reason I had submitted written application to Billing dept at Hadapsar.

      Dear Sir,
      I would like to bring your kind attention that miss calculation of my electrical bill from month of august. I had paid the electrical bill of May on 22.06.2010 receipt no. 2326055 and same has enclosed from than onward the next bill received in August the amount on this bill was rupees three thousand four hundred forty against meter reading 885 but in month of July reading was 231 units than how it goes directly so high.
      From than onward the bills of coming months were given on that accumulated readings. Now the bill of November month has come on that metre reading is showing 562 unit on does how can the 885 unit comes in month of July. And now the bill has come with rupees six thousand one hundred thirty. I am not able to pay on this bill so please do necessary correction on this regard.

          I am consumer of Maharashtra State Electricity distribution Co. Ltd. My customer Number :[protected]
          I was out of station during July to Dec 2010, hence my usage of electricity at residence was zero.
          For all these months from August till December I received bill showing reading faulty & charged for average usage of 71 units costing Rs.280/- every month. To avoid any issues I paid all bills through internet payment.
          So I have paid un-necessarily 280 X 5 = Rs. 1400
          I have received Jan 2011 correct bill for actual use of 22 units, which I have paid.
          Please reverse this amount of money in next month’s bills.
          I have written to the emails as adviced on the bill '[protected]@ho.mahadiscom.in'
          but never got any responce on the emails.
          Request this to be sorted out & need to be considered as advance payment for next bill.

            I have changed my house recently in new complex at Thergaon, Chinchwad. In my electricity bill there is spelling error in my surname. It is the sole & important address proof for me. I have already submitted the application twice in last two months in MSEB office at Bijalinagr, Chinchwad, Pune along with photo ID and latest bill copy. However no action by MSEB.

            My surname appears as UPADIYAYA instead o[censored]PADHYAY. Same mistake in Hindi (as pronounced)

            Myself sainath b . mugatkar .i have purchased one new flat in pimplegurav .But the issue is we have received MSEB bill last time from sept to oct 2011 is 1100.00 rs. & i have paid total amount of 1100.00rs to MSEB .In these bill my consumer no. is wrong[protected] instead of[protected].Also if i have paid last month payment to MSEB then within one month 650.00 rs. bill how it is possible ???

              ALREADY I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT TO THIS MAHARASHTRA ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD.
              BUT SAME PAID AMOUNT THEY ARE ADDIND TO EVERY MONTHLY BILLS.
              TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE PERSONALLY I VISITED TO NALLASOPARA(EAST) OFFICE. I SHOWN ALL MY ACKNOLEDGEMENT OF ALL PAID BILLS.THEY ASKED FOR XEROX COPY OF PAID BILLS,THAT ALSO I SUBMITTED.
              THEY TOLD ME THAT NOW YOU WILL NOT GET BILL FOR PAID AMOUNT FROM NEXT MONTH.
              BUT AGAIN IN MONTH OF JAN-2011 I RECEIVED SIMILAR COMPLAINT THAT IS PAID BILL AMOUNT IS ADDED TO MY CURRENT BILL AMOUNT.
              APART FROM THAT EMPLOYEE OF ELECTRICITY COMPANY FREQUENTLY VISITING TO MY HOME AND GIVING THREAT THAT YOU PAY BILLS IMMEDIATLY OTHERWISE WE DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY TO YOUR HOME.
              PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL.

                Dear Sir / Madam,
                I am residing in Devdaya nagar Thane from last 25 yrs. From last 4-5 days 3 persons who are saying that they are MSEB officers are doing inspections of Electricity meters in our society, & they have changed some of our society residants electricity meters without giving any prior notice, If any one asking for explanations, The MSEB officials are also talking very rudely to them if anyone ask about ID proof to them & also they are taking charges for changin the meter & also not returning the old meter to consumer & They have also said that if any one complaints aginst them they will be charing heavy fine in the bill, kidly help there any way to get srtict action against such official.

                  This is complain against Shri Vilas N Patil Resident of Dhokali Thane, he is working in MSEB office at Bhandup Mumbai. He is also working as agent for transfer of MSEB electricity meter / bill to other name and also for making of Ration Card, Driving licence. He does false promise. He charged advance amount for his works from party. but he never do any works. he had taken a lots of advance amt from people for transfer of electricity meter/bill . after taking he may disappear. he never pickup phone, some time he picked up phone again he make false promise pl be careful from this type of people.

                      I Paresh Suresh Parkar, staying at Sai Sahavas, Varchi Wadi, Achara, Tal – Malvan, District Sindhudurg. From the day when I shifted to my new house here, I'm facing overhead wire problem The Overhead wire of the high tension pole was at a distance of 5 - 10 feet away from my row house roof. I request you to kindly remove the overhead wire from my row house roof so that in future we are not facing any problem.

                        From last Six months the peaple living in Ghodegaon dist Ahmednagar getting their MSEB bills after the due date. Because of that we have to pay penulty. If we ask to ditributor of the bills about this he always tell us that 'what can I do ? Its your problem. Go to office and do complaintin written.' and when go to the office most of the times the concerned persons are not available there. The people in the office are never co-operate to us.
                        I think that MSEB intentionally disrtibuting our light bills late. Because of this MSEB is earning Lakhs of rupees every month using this trick.
                        What can I do? Please help to ghodegaon peaples. Thanks...

                        1.What is the average amount you get on your bill? This would be more or less same. Pay this amount in advance everymonth at the bill centre under your meter number.
                        2.Get your bill payment via ECS. ...
                        Your question, In case you get inflated bill in one month then MSEB will cut your electrical connection unless you pay the bill. If you want to fight for inflated bills then pay first and fight later.

                          Consumer No.[protected], 3 Shanti nivas, Plot 198-A,Saraswath Colony,Dombivli, E, Dist Thane- 421201
                          This is to inform you that MSEB Dombivli authorities have illegally cut our electricity connection without any proir intimation when the home was locked and family members were away. A cheque no. 996431 for Rs. 490 drawn on Andhra Bank was dropped at the drop box at MSEB Baji Prabhu Chowk on 10th December 2010. The Bill for December is due on 3rd January and the amt. is only 249/- to be paid next month. It is surprising that the authorities are blind to the illegal pilferage of power all around them and target sincere customers who regularly pay their bills.
                          We therefore request you to look into the matter and restore electricity connection today itself.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            The problem we are facing is that,after our possesion of the flat in 2006, we found out
                            that our meter was faulty as it was giving a much lower reading for our electricity usage.We complained
                            to MSEB Thane & the meter was changed by them to a new one which gave appropriate readings.
                            Now suddenly in November2010, we get a bill of the Rs.5000/- even after paying the bills regularly every month. Till Oct,2010 we used to get a bill of around Rs600-700. When we went to MSEB Thane, with this bill for complaining, we were given the following reasons.

                            1. Our meter has been changed in Feb2010, because we were charged Rs.600-700 when we should be charged a bill of Rs.[protected]. The amount of Rs.5000/- is the total of the differences in the bills up to
                            November,2010

                            2. The meter can be changed anytime they want to.

                            3. We are getting such big amount because AC in our house.

                            My complaint here is,
                            1. If the meter has been changed in Feb,2010 then why are we charged all the amount in November,2010.
                            What were the MSEB officials doing all this month?

                            2. The bill that MSEB charges should depend upon the actual usage of the electricity & not upon the judgement of the MSEB officials.

                            3. Although we have AC we didn't use it in Monsoons's, Also we are working people & most of the times we
                            are not in our home.We try to save electricity by switching off Ac, fridges, Tv when not in Use

                            4.If the meter is installed by MSEB in 2007, then how did it turn faulty, this time the MSEB is also at fault for installing a faulty meter.

                            5. If such things continue, MSEB will keep changing meter anytime without prior notice & harrass the consumers by charging higher bills. How can a person who earns a salary of Rs10,000 per month afford to pay such bills.

                            6. Why did the MSEB charge us wrong bills from Feb,2010 to Oct,2010 even after a meter change?Why it didn't keep a check on the bill amounts all this month? Whose fault is it?

                            7. Why didn't the MSEB communicate the meter change in writing to the consumer?

                            8. The MSEB officials are also talking very rudely to my mother

                            My mother is harrased this time & i need help as the MSEB officials have done mistakes & they
                            are troubling the consumers for their mistakes. I also need assurance from the MSEB that they have installed a meter that gives actual readings & that it will not be changed in future considering it as faulty.

                            Also the government urges us to save electricity & if do so we are told by MSEB that just because we have
                            AC in our home we are supposed to get a higher bill & not a bill of lower amount.Is the MSEB charging people on the basis of their judgement of the bill people should be getting or on the basis of the reading the meter is showing.

                              i paid my bill(rs 1230) which was due on 16 august 2010 on 1st augusst 2010 thro interne banking
                              this amount has been debited from my bank account but all the electricity bills which i received afterwards had this amount as unpaid.i mailed [protected]@ho.mahadiscom.in but was of no use on 1 october,,
                              i even went to the exchange, they just made me run from one exchange to another.They nw say it needs to be cleared from rassta peth centre,,pls help..

                                This is to bring under the notice of concerned authorities that every month the electricity bill is recieved after the due date.
                                our area is Nehru nagar,Kanjurmarg (East)

                                why should we pay a fine every month when it is the sheer negligence from the person appointed to deliver the bill's. inspite of repeated complaints the same is being repeated time again.

                                I request you to please do the needful at your earliest.

                                On September-2009 MSEDCL has given me bill of RS.5300/- saying that in past few month they had given me average meater reading and from now onwards we will start with correct meater reading and i paid the amount on Octomber-2009 again MSEDCL given me average meater reading bill of Rs1080/- in the month November-2009 they sent me bill of Rs3110/- calculateing adjusted meater reading for MSEDCL's failure in service of collecting meater reading why i should bare huge cost after two or three month if they collect proper meater reading every month then i will not have to pay huge cost at a time
                                on march 2010i have fill form for light connection but at that time doesnot give sthe light on my home

                                  I am having MSEB electric supply at my residence 5-B wanwadi Road, AFMC Pune.

                                  The voltage fluctuation in electricity is very disturbing. It also leads to many appliances going bad.

                                  My Supply is from St Mary's Church/ Rastapeth office.

                                  MSEB officials are requested to kindly rectify this problem at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My Name is Mr. Guddu Horilal Hedau and living in airoli from last 12 years. My address is Mamata Society, Row house no-10, sector -2 airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra-400708.
                                    Electricity supply of only house in the society is cut off without notice on dated[protected] around 4.00 pm. After almost 18-20 hrs electric supply is again started. On that day my family is danger as some peoples want to kill my family. I have already complaint in the Human Rights Commision and in ploice station also. Human Rights case number is 2692/2010 and enquiry of this is continue. Also copy of this is send to the President and Prime Minister of India.
                                    Some politicans with the help of MSEB officals trying to kill my family with the planning. There names of the MSEB officals are as follows:
                                    1) D.R. Basu (Chief Engg)
                                    2) C.R. MIshra (Executive Engg)
                                    3) J.R. Reddy (Deputy Engg)
                                    4) V.L. patil (Engineer)
                                    5) Dattu patil (Lineman)

                                    I request you please take the serious actions against.

                                    Maharashtra State Electricity Board — Power Cut

                                    Hi,

                                    The due date for the submission of bill is 24th of feb 2009. where as the person from the dept comes on 17th it self for cutting the power.

                                    Infact there should have been some prior intimation before taking this act.

                                    There may be some proper way before taking any harsh actions.

                                    MSEB — power cut at midnight

                                    we are facing this problem from last two week.mostly at night they cutting the power supply for all most 5 to 6 hour.yesterday the power cut was from 2.30 to 8.i hope you will understand our problem.we are working and need ample amount of sleep.please try to short our problem at the earliest

Dhoble, informed you that in April - May -2016, i found Bill generated have more cost than regular one due to increased units in that months due to meter fault, so kindly notice & give us service to check meter fault. pls

                                      This complaint is regarding excess bill of electricity imposed on Us for October month which is nearly 2000 Rs for 336 units of Power consumed. we Live at 1 BHK flat in Pune. Generally Bill varies from 150 to 500 for 50-116 units at most. All Electric appliances we used were same as before but this is too much in our Bill history. We have paid the amount already but I want to draw the kind attention of Maharastra Government toward this problem. The people who have not time to investigate ,pay amount without any hassle which is not fare.I even wrote the application but nothing happened.

                                      i have complain against kalyan msedcl as they are sending useless bills to the people recently we got a bill of rs 3070 . in that bill showing we have used 534 units in month of july 2011 . in which we have a single 10 by 10 room in kalyan where how we can use this much. as last two month we have consumed only 130in may &122 in june 2011 respectively .but the msedcl accountant does not have sense about billing because they send us the bill from may 2011 to july 2011 as per the units comsumption . i woud like to mention it as per month

                                      in may 2011, 3544 to 3674 = 130 units and in month of
                                      june 2011, 3674 to 3796 = 122 units and in month of
                                      july 2011, 3585 to 4119 = 534 units this much useless people working in kalyan msedcl. tell me how does it happen.

                                      if any msedcl person or officer is going to take any responcibility against this thing.reply me on [protected]@gmail.com

                                      i am waiting for the reply of msedcl kalyan . if you people will not give me answer it will go to higher level. thank you,
