I ordered 200 gm Pepper,
2 kg papaya
on April 29, 2020.

But Papaya not yet delivered.

I have ordered for 500 order id 12193 date April 8 2020, but order is cancelled automatically then no refund to my account so far . Could you please take action and refund the amount at earliest

I ordered fruits and vegetables for rs.800 and i paid the amount. Later i received a message saying that the order has been cancelled. Since then i didn't receive my order and no refund till now.

My order in april was cancelled by e thottam. But payment not refunded. My order on 24/6/20 not yet delivered despite several complains & phone calls. Worst service. They make people crazy by deficiency in service. This service provider comes under horticulture department of govt of tamilnadu.

Worst ever customer care that no one is picking the call. No reply to the message sent, no status update.
And interestingly without any shame of not completing the order, they have updated their in website - completed status

Hi Reg. Order I'd 14707. The order has been placed on 9th April 2020. The order was not delivered till no (5th June 2020). But the order status was closed without delivering the fruits. Kindly delivery the order Fruits Pack C x 1, or cancel my order and refund the money. When is the expected date of delivery if you are planning to deliver or when I will get my refund.

We have placed order for Cashew Nuts & Banganapalli Mangoes on 02-05-20 vide the above Order number. Even after 2 weeks, items are not delivered. Sad part is nobody picks up my calls to the given phone numbers despite trying for more than 10 days now. Height of it is even mails sent to their Commissioner and Agri. Secretary, did not evoke any response so far. And it is sickening to note that they have plans to expand this "service" to other areas in Chennai and the State. - a man in despair, Baskaran, Chennai.

I orfered vegetables and fruits in e-thottam vide order no.49655 dated 03.05.2020 for Rs. 980/-. The same ws delivered today (14.05.2020) in a very bad state. It seems thatthe vegetables were packed a week back but delivered now. They are rotten, less in weight as well as some are missing too. Some of the fruits are also missing and some are of bad quality.
Though e-thottam is a govt. body claiming yo be bridging between the producers and consumers, I am very much disappointed and feel Im cheated inspite of waiting for a longer period than assured. Pl do yhe needful.

My Order #46192 was placed on May 1, 2020 and is marked as Completed on eThottam site. But I did not receive the products still. Please refund my amount immediately. There has been a delay of 2 weeks already.

I ordered fruit pack for Rs 500/- on 9/4/2020. Order Ref : 14528. Online payment ref : BIL/OLN/[protected], dated 9/4/2020. The order got cancelled automatically after the payment. But refund is nor made by E Thottam till now. I followed them up for multiple times, through phone, email, whatsapp . But there is no response and i didn’t get the refund for the cancelled order. Worst experience ever with an online shopping with govt agency.

We inquired them about the fruit pack, they said it will be delivered by evening or tomorrow at the earliest. To my surprise, now the status has been stated as completed in site without delivering the fruit pack.

I am surprised that they are still taking new orders when they are unable to complete accepted deliveries.

My 500 is gone and the Fruit pack is NOT delivered yet. Please refund the amount of 500

I hv ordered fruits on 4th may 2020, order no 51966 with an commitment to deliver in 24-48 hours. Due to current covid situation we were fine to wait for a week but it is crossed 7 days while they partially delivered and there is no change in status or no update from the company on my pending item. The partial delivered fruits were not as per the ordered items, received small hybrid watermelon 6kgs and banganapalli mango delivered instead of alphonso (5kg pack) i am surprised that they are still taking new orders when they are unable to complete accepted orders. More dissapointment is that they have an chat system which never responds and i tried to send them an email which was mentioned on their website but it got bounced back and no response. Meanwhile tried to cancel order where there is no such option and they take the money while ordering itself. Still they didn’t delivered papaya which is pending till now whereas the order status shows as completed and it seems this company is taking current situation to their advantage by taking orders and not delivering them. Customer has no way to contact them. Can we get any help to get our money back? I have lost rs. 680/- in this order and additionally delivery guys asking for extra money.

I had placed 2 orders #33654 and #33679. Both are marked as completed when i never received the vegetables for #33679. And the #33654 was in complete. The numbers are never answered and they have not issued a refund too. The emails to support also get returned due to system failure. It has been 17 days now since i placed the orders. Please issue a refund.

Sir I had booked fruit pack by ethottam order no.43188 on 30/4 still not delivered inspite of daily messages
Phone calls not attended.pls help us out with issue we will never trouble this govt.based ethottam which I doubt is run by govt.who will never do this.clarify

I had ordered vegetables and fruits on the website on 28th april 2020 and got confirmation of the order no 39616, to be delivered in 48 hours. However till date, i. E. 11th may 2020, i have not received the order. The numbers given on the website are always busy or no one answers. Today i got through to one number and the person answering the phone merely said they cannot do anything as it is a call center. He was not able to provide any other information. The website shows "out for delivery" for last 2 days but no one knows where it has gone.

I have ordered the vegetables (Pack c 300rs) in the online on 3rd may and received the good on 6th may
1. Delay in delivery (Unable to contact support team)
2. Promised goods as per pack c not been delivered.
3. Most of the supplied products are not good quality.

Have sent many emails to customer care id mentioned in the online but no reponse. (Email stating wrong email address)...

We have given order to e thottam (No:40220) on 29th april. After tremendous effort get delivered items partially on 8th may.. I have given order a 300 vegetable pack and 600 mukkani pack. The items received on vegetable pack was not fresh and very low in quality and quantity.. Mukkani pack instead ripe mango, and banana, very row one, mango can only use for making pickle.. Also the main item jack fruit not get delivered.. The delivery person told us that balance will get it today morning, if not get delivered call to the number [protected], as expected like all other e thottam numbers it seems not reachable.. We are here the put picture of mukkani pack received along with the the picture they offer in their website.. No idea whether it get delivered again, whom we can contact regarding this issue.. I have find out many other complaints from other customers regarding partial delivery of items.. Here also lack of proper communication make customers under stress.. Hope these issues bring in front of e thottam authority.

it has been partially shipped and 250 gm of cashew amounting to Rs.300 is still pending.
