[Resolved]  Mahesh Waghmare — No reply from Vodafone

Hi,

The below mentioned issue is still not resolved. On top of that there is one more issue. I have recharged Rs.116 which provides 245 local + std mins. However, sometimes the bal gets deducted from my main account and sometimes from Rs.116 bonus card. What is going on? I called your customer service representative Devendra but he put my call on hold twice and did not resolve the issue. Hence, I disconnected the call but he did not call me. This is my final warning to you. Otherwise, I will go to the comsumer court. I have all your e-mail replies. Please reply as early as possible.

Hi,

I have received a SMS last month from Vodafone stating, "Doc jama karne ke liye dhanyavad. Asuvidha ke liye maafi chahte hai. Aapko mile hain 100 LOCAL Vodafone minutes bilkul FREE jo 14 din tak valid hai!" But I was charged for my calls and there was no credit of 100 LOCAL Vodafone minutes. After 10 days, I got a call stating, "You are enjoying 100 LOCAL vodafone mins". I told that, "Nothing has been credited to my bal and I am charged for all the calls". He told me "No" you are using 100 Vodafone mins. Then, I told him that I did not requested you to give me 100 Vodafone mins. then why are you kidding with me. If you do not want to give me 100 Local Mins for 15 days it is okay but do not lie. He told me that he will check and get back to me but did not called me again.

Yesterday, again I got message stating, "Doc jama karne ke liye dhanyavad. Asuvidha ke liye maafi chahte hai. Aapko mile hain 100 LOCAL Vodafone minutes bilkul FREE jo 14 din tak valid hai!" But I am stillcharged for my calls and there was no credit of 100 LOCAL Vodafone minute. What the hell is going on? Why R u kidding with me?

On top of that one of my friend has called me around 11:41 PM yesterday[protected] but I was charged for incoming call. Wt is this?

Do you want me to file a case againest you? Why R u testing my patience?

Change your logo, "Happy to Trouble you". I do not want a call. I want reply to my e-mail.
