You have eight cheque bounces in your bank statement you don't have proper finance planning and you know that you will not get any loan in any bank still you have wasted our time and money you are not eligible to buy a single squre feet in your entire life. First change your attitude and point your finger on others.

getting a loan isnt easy these days. gone are the days where bank people gave door delivery of all commercial loans. give full details of your loan reject status before you blame the company. you might have been a cibil defaulter or your loan eligibility should have been poor based on your existing track record.
that 2000 will also should be towards processing fees by the bank.

mahidhara has to return my money as per agreement. almost 90 days gone.
You only agreed that your loan got rejected if you are not eligible to purchase a plot why wasted their time and money they would have spent some amount on your site visit. Any way you got total money back. Some real estate companies will not even consider your cancellation letter.
Lots of people are interested and invested their hard earned money in The MAHIDARA projects. Some people may have difficulties to arrange the finance. It is not a easy task to arrange and organize if we do not have any proper prior plan to buy any kind of assets. If any differences arises which should be discussed and solved out with the concerned. There is no point to blame the company because plenty of people invested or still coming to invest, so this kind of comments may lead to confusion to the common people.

I completely disagree. I am a satisfied customer of Maidhara Projects. Service was excellent. I am completely happy with them .

The company may be good, the MD MR.RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD RAMININI may have good intension but the people who work in their T-Nagar office are bunch of jokers/un professionals they dont know what they are doing, if you run an office like this how do you expect people to invest their hard earned money? MR. Kamineni its your business & its your money think about it before its too late everyone is backing up from your project, ACT NOW

Think. Analyze. Do a market research and then invest. Don't go with the ad and dont decide immediately.
a) Mostly the schools operated in this community ask for lots of money, as I have understood this from my friend who got the same problem with another township like this. Also you dont have option, otherthan getting admitted into it.
b) What kind of hospital available nearby. You need to arrange your own vehicle to reach out there. Is there a clinic in a walkable distance.
c) Is there a temple in this community. How will the elders pass their time peacefully. They defnly dont like sitting in the well decorated park for sure.
d) Unless you got a car, you can not think about travelling anywhere and you can not rely on the transport arrange by the community. Think about the petrol cost nowadays. Defnly it is a big cost to bear month on month.
e) Calltaxi will ask additional money to pick you up as it is not anywhere in the city. They have to come all way down around min 20 km frm city to your place.
f) Supermarkets, groceries will operate only based on the percentage of occupancy in the township, as they have to invest alot. If limited people are getting occupied, then how come they can run the shop. They will keep giving you only the refigerated vegetables biweekly atleast.
g) Rent: Do you think someone will come for rent. If so, who are they. Where are they working. Why should they prefer your place which is totally outside. What kind of corporate will prefer your place, as they have lots of other options in Sriperumbudur. There are similar townships are under constructions in Sriperumbudur. As you know most of the companies are around that area, why should they come long way to your place.
It is not that, this is the only place which offers you attractive price in this world. Please think it and discuss it with various people and then proceed.

The company head office at Hyderabad and has branch at Chennai trying to give solution for investment need of the customer Chennai as A.P has political instability due to telangana.Tittle is good.better to take a bank loan to buy this property with good bargain. Before paying the advance should have clarity in both side(from buyer as well as seller)in case of cancellation. People in this firm working towards customer satisfaction.but the management not taking care of employees.Such a big company is not giving job satisfaction to subordinates except some senior members like Mr kiran, Mr mohan.Most of Tamil people working here are treated like slaves for more than 10hours in a day with out any consideration.Government dept related to ESI, PF and IT official should always keep a watch in this company.
I am planning to book a plot at mahidhra sriperumbudur project. now i am totally confused with the allegations related to that company. someone tell is the investment worthfull or not.

I am also planning to buy a property in this project. pl advice me whether it is a reliable builder to buy.
check whether mahidhara has full ownership of the plot you are going to book. Because, they are not having GPA for few plots. yet, they are booking them.

Beware of Mahidhara projects. For their new projects at Oragadam, they yet to get DTCP approval. Prior to that they are releasing advertisement and collecting money.
No one in Office taking the responsibility and give reply to customers. They are concerned only for selling the products.

Beware of Mahidhara Supreme at Oragadam.
From the past experience, they are not able to complete their Central project in Poonamallee. The initial dead line of the project which any sales person tells is wrong and they will never complete that, in additional they will take additional atleat 3 years to hand over the projects. Each sales person will lie on the project delivery. and finally escape from the date. Nobody from Mahidhara will response you when the committed date is arrived. They will keep on change the date for next three months. This is happening for me for past two years. No escalation will work out..
If you dont want the house in the near future for five years and looking only for a long term investment Madhiahara may be Ok, but still you will loose lot of interest on housing loan as your EMI will be deducted only after completion of the house. You cannot claim the HL interest if you are a salary employee. Also you will loose the rental income if you wish to rent the house after completion.
There are good builders they can complete and hand over flats or houses within 8-12 months maximum. Why we should go to Madhiahar for 36 months for the same house?
As far as i physically verified, the construction quality is very very poor compared to other builders. Since they are into new to the construction they dont have previous experience in successfull construction project handling.
If somebody want to really see their quality, please visit Mahidhara Central before investing Mahidhara Supreme.
