I have booked 2 plots in Mahidhara Central on March 16th 2013 for my brother-in-law and for me. I have booked Plot No: 15 (2200 Sq.ft) for my brother-in-law and Plot No: 19 (2200 Sq.ft) for me. We have paid the booking amount of Rs.2,00,000 for each plot by 20th March 2013. After that, we started providing necessary documents to get the loan from AXIS Bank. Fraud in returning the paid money

Hi,
I paid amount of Rs 20000 as advance for plaot booking, since I had some problem in getting the loan, so I wanted to refund the money, But they made my to go here an there and they were not interested pay the mooney.
They said that they will catch 2000rs. No one was there to respond properly.
I do not think that is reliable firm...
