I totally disagree with the complaints . The locality is fast developing and Mahidara has put up a complete compound wall round the project . I think one must be broad minded a wait for the area to develop . if real
estate is taken as a share market jackpot - its foolish . Its like this - a whole township is being developed
in a discipline manner & its a noble task . Every one wants to make money / profit . SO what ? Only gutsy
people can dare to venture into these kind of mega ventures . The squirrels will only look for burrows .

I booked a Plot with Mahidhara Projects Private Limited, Chennai. Plot no 223, Mahidhara Supreme Classic on Aug 2016 and land rate was 7.60 lacs including registration. I paid 2.85 Laks as my contribution and arranged remaining through home loan. We planned to done registration on December 2016. Later we found that, the developers are not completing anything as they promised. I heard from other owners and even I had very bad customer service. I decided to drop this registration and cancelled the agreement. I cancelled the agreement on March month and asked them to refund money. As per agreement they have to return money on April 2017. Even after numerous follow-ups on mail, whatsapp chat and phone calls, they are not responding properly on status on money. I have all proof on my follow-ups on mail, chat and phone logs. Very worst company. I booked a plot in last August 2016 before the registration due to worst experience with the team. I cancelled my registration. From Jan 2017 am following up for my refund of rs. 2.85 lacs. Always saying stupid excuses. I will wait only for 5 more days. Then log a complaint in Chennai commissioner office.

This project is worth investing for future growth, well planned project. This project is yet to be completed as promised.
My friend and myself bought a plot in oragadam 5 years before..till now bin if comitments about amenities are done..they already got the maintance amount during purchase...no eb, no water connection and no under drainage..etc..all were committed by them..pothum thrice before act

This is consumer complaint forum. People have rights to share their consumer issues or injustice done to them by company or organization.
There wont be a smoke without fire. You could not threaten one by saying Cyber crime will punish. Here people fighting for their justice.
I am also one of the victims of Mahidhara Projects who paid INR 4 lakhs for purchase of land in Mahidhara Supreme and facing issue in getting my money back after cancelling because of booked plots had legal issues and Sale deed drafted had unfair conditions.
Despite of multiple follow ups by phone calls and emails, a standard message SMS comes from Mahidhara Staff "Sir, will call and inform you once we receive the cheque, pls wait few more days" for past 4 weeks since the refund date of commitment.
Tell me who will help in this regard???
