[Resolved] Mahindra &mahindra Motors/scorpio Sle — failure of clutch plate and assembly | |
my name is shambhu kumar. i bought new scorpio model SLE in the month of november 2008 a seven months ago from NEXGEN dealership Ranchi.few days back i encountered a problem in vehicle and vehicle was stopped on road in night .next day it was brought into mahindra service centre where it was found that clutch plate were worn out badly, pressure plate and bearing were also suffered.all three parts were replaced and i paid rs 8000/ as they didnt considered in warrenty claim although i tried to convince them.it was great surprise for me of happening such thing for new vehicle .total run by vehicle is 10500. fyi it was handled by experienced driver having experience of 15 yrs of driving such type of vehicle and i m sure vehicle was taken care good.i can sure the only reason could be bad material used in clutch assembly or old part had been put before delivery.being a new vehicle and distance run only indicates wrong parts have been used in vehicle.and i hold full responsible to mahindra &mahindra motors for putting me such a trouble and expenses occured by me and request to take a action in my case and reimburse my amount.
