[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — Manufacturing Defected Vehicle Delivered - Scorpio Z8

Dear Mahindra & Mahindra

I, Francis VP, booked the Scoprio Z8 model on July 31, 2023, and it got delivered on August 17, 2023, and we are so happy for that, but at the time of handover, we inspected the vehicle, and we were unhappy because we found major defects.

The car was not washed well and the interior was not cleaned properly. We found so much dust inside the car.
The front bumper's right side got a major scratch and damaged dent before delivery.
The car was driven about 247 kilometres before handover.

After this incident, they convinced us that all issues would be cleared next week, and we took the delivery and went home, but it didn't go for long.

4. There is a jerking sound heard while driving on a smooth road, and we notice from the right wheel some noise coming frequently, and that jerking feel can be felt in our hand (the steering wheel).

On the same day, we contacted the showroom team and informed them about the issue, and the next day (18.08.2023) we went to dealers’ showroom, they checked found the issue, and the said to come back by Monday (21.08.2023), on they of 21st sales person Mr Niranjan came to my home and took the vehicle to the service centre by 11:30 am to 6:00 pm they inspected my vehicle, on the advise of service manager of Vayalat Automobiles said they will inform Mahindra & Mahindra regarding the complaint so we take back the vehicle to my home as per their instruction but still, it cannot be identified what the actual issue is, and a lack of interest and low quality of service have been provided until now to sort out the above-mentioned issue.

About Rupees 27 Lakhs paid including extra fittings, I feel this is a Manufacturing defective vehicle that I got delivered and I feel low to drive such a vehicle in future and I informed the dealers to acknowledge complaint in a mail but no response.

My family and I have been using Mahindra vehicles for the past 20 years, but this experience has caused us to lose trust in Mahindra. Till now, we haven’t gotten any satisfactory answers from the dealers. This email I wrote to get my issue resolved soon.

The car got damaged while driving with issue the dealer promised that the defect identified won't affect any more complaint and thus the same happened and i took 2 months to start the complaint to defied and the replace several parts and no result found.
