[Resolved]  Mahindra / rodeo — Battery not functioning

Bought a Mahindra Rodeo Scooter on 09.12.2010. And immediately after buying it ,the attery started giving complaints. In each service , the agency from which it was bought (BHUWAN AUTOMOBILES,HARIDWAR , UTTARAKHAND) was told of the problem with a request to change the battery if it was beyond repairs. Everytime , they have said that they have rectified the complain but till date the battery starts giving problem every other day. They have been aware of the problem for so long , still their behaviour is very adamant and they JUST DONT WANT TO ATTEND to the problem.
