Dear Sir,

Further to my below mail sent on 13th Dec 2010, I felt a need to send this mail again, since the vehicle problem persist even after the replacement of batteries twice. Within one month the new vehicle has been fitted with third new battery as per the Mahendra service centre records. I have doubt that even when senior staff of Mahendra two wheelers advices the service centre to change the battery, the service centre is not changing the battery or fitting the used ones. Last week when new battery was fitted, to my question to the senior staff, I was told that even If I do not use vehicle for two days, on the third day battery start will be possible. But yesterday after not using for two days, my wife had tried to start with battery and unable to start, hence she has to take autorickshaw. In the evening I could able to start by kick start after several attempts. But even after leaving the vehicle in the start position for 30 minutes, battery start was not possible. Today again the same situation, battery start was not possible even after leaving the vehicle in start (running engine) position for 30 minutes (started by kick start).

Hence we request you to take back your vehicle and return our money, so that we can buy some other company vehicle. We are deeply unhappy about your vehicle and your service. Based on your stand, I may even thinking to take it to consumer court to get justice.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased a Mahendra Rodeo on 2nd Dec 2010 from Yuuvan Motors, Taramani, Chennai. On Saturday 11th Dec 2010, I had battery problem, neither button start nor kick start was possible. And then I called the same dealer, they could not send any body and then a mechanic from Saidapet dealer came, he then started and gave using kick start. He said battery may have to be charged, so please come and give it to service station. Please answer why such problem within a week of delivery? I have even purchased a TVS Scooty for my sister-in-law three months back, till today she did not told any complaints. And they keep calling us and asking the performance very frequently. Customer care service was so good. Every month without fail they remain for sending vehicle for service. Your dealer Yuuvan Motors even on the day of delivery was so worst you cannot compare the TVS (Ramkay, Adyar, Chennai) dealer delivery service.

For Rs.50,000/- why we have to go through all problems, just because we liked your vehicle due to your advertisement on TV? No one had given any good opinion about your vehicle, but the Sales Manager of Yuuvan Motors talked so nicely and brain washed saying Mahendra was the very old company in India on vehicles. Just because the brand name I have purchased, but now we are totally upset. We will not recommend to anyone your two wheelers. Will you be improved? Will my vehicle be taken care properly at least from now on wards? Can I expect some good customer care at least from now on wards?
