[Resolved]  MAHINDRA RODEO SCOOTER — worst service

I have bought a Mahindra Rodeo scooter on 06.09.2010. I liked the features of the vehicle. But to my utter disgust and dismay, I am getting a poor performance start up and running OFF regularly. I am at a loss to understand as to why a reputed Company like Mahindra who have established their credibility in four wheeler vehicles have come with two wheelers with such poor performance. It’s a cruel injustice and a crime against the consumers who are being trapped by the Company and its dealers. I will never advise my friends to go for a Mahindra two wheeler Vehicle. I have come across umpteen number of Mahindra two wheeler owners who are feeling cheated by the company.

I had bought scooter last July 2011 from the dealer SUVARNA MOTORS( now the agency has been taken over by P B MOtors from last 4-5 months).
My 4 free service got over and everytime I give my scooter for service I used to complain about the Battery problem. Those Dealer guys always use to tell the battery is working fine but within 3 days again the battery use to arise. My had given the 4rth service in the month of July 2012 and the 5th service was supposed to come in the month of October but last 10 days back while returning from office the scooter got stopped and when i had checked with the local mechanic and came to know that the battery is not working. Even my 5th service is on October 2012 I had given the scooter 12 days back for reservice and specifically told about the battery and got my scooter also and it was infomred me that the battery has been repaired. But to withinn 3 days again the scooter gave battery problem due to which i was unable to start the scooter. I had called service agency supervisor Mr. Yadav ( Mobile Number : [protected]). He told me to visit the service centre again and give the bike I told the mistake is from agency and the supervisor told me that he will pick the bike from my residency. After which i was continously following with that guy through his mobile but daily he was telling some story and not able to pick the scooter to repair. From alst 5 days I am travelling daily to office in Autoricksaw and spending around Rs. 200. I am lady and does anyone knows how much problem i am facing due to this . I had spend 50000/- to buy the scooter and facing this issues within a year itself. The warranty period of the battery is 1 year and if the agency guys are not replacing the battery with that and warranty period expires who will bear the cost ? I want a compensation of Rs. 10000/- for my mental harrashment by the Mahindra's P B motors because of worst service provide to me.

NOTE : If I am not getting any proper response from you guys with 48 hours I will go to media and File a case agaisnt Mahindra and the agency.
