[Resolved] Make My Trip — money deducted ticket not booked

Dear Sir/Madam, On 14.01.2010 i was booking an airline ticket on www.makemytrip.com for Delhi-Blore-Delhi trip(details mentioned), thru SBI ATM cum debit card(Maestro card).After making the final payment of Rs.6560/- thru the Debit card,there was some "server error" dispalyed.The ticket was not booked , however the money got deducted from my account.The details of the Bank n the flight is mentioned below: Flight details: 13.03.2010 Indigo Flt 6E121 9:15 hrs 17.03.2010 Spice Jet Flt SG229 16:40 hrs A/c details: State Bank of India A/c no-[protected] card no[protected] Kindly arrange to get the money reversed in the account ASAP Regards Akanksha Gupta [protected] Was this information helpful?
