Our Booking ID number IN1109B10892 we booked a holiday package for Andaman Nicobar in the month of september, we spoke with Mr Debashsih pathak got the bookings done, but that was the begining of our misery since then no information has been correctly provided to us, we have been asking for a complains number but no one is helping us people hang up on us, our flight is on 19th november we have infant 1 and a half years old and we had booked a standard package and they are not willing to provide us even food and only dinner once our filght lands in banglore which is approximately in (9:00 am) and no body is responding to mails none of the phone numbers are working and they do not have a complaints departement to take complaint we are being mentally harrassed and our money is getting wasted.
