[Resolved]  Make My Trip — tdr filed wrongly but no refund for 6 months

This is to bring to your notice that the passenger was not allowed to board the train as WL 3 was the status at the time of boarding. By Mistake for cancellation we had clicked on the TDR. Kindly rectify the mistake and refund the amount. I have been contacting the make my trip authorities for last 6 months but could not get the refund. kindly help me get refund
