Make My Trip — NO REPLY

Have done a pre-paid booking on Make My Trip Holidays for a Vacation Trip to Bangkok.
Been calling Make My Trip on (Contact Numbers : [protected]/[protected]
But there been no reply on emails, calls, or Wats up.
It's freaking me out as our travel is supposed to be on 1st May and we supposed to board the flight on 30th Apr'13.
Morover trying to get in touch as due to some emergency need to reschedule the flight.
But no replies been weired.
