[Resolved]  Make My Trip — non receipt of Travel Bag

Dear sir,
I had gone for International holiday (Thailand) on 26.06.2010, the Make My Trip agent has not given me the two travel bag, which is mentioned in my final package, Despite calling them more than 5 times they are keep promising me that they will sent . But not yet sent even after 1.5 months.
My Booking ID is INW1203Q0001654, If i not get the Travel Bag , I will go to Consumer Forum or consumer court.
