i had purchased a travel pack in january 2010 worth rs 7719 from make my trip which was sold through shiftthoughts.i paid the same through my creditcard on jan 19. till today i have not received the wristwatch nor some refunds promised to me as part of the package. there is also no customercare number and it is cumbersome to contact them.
