[Resolved]  Make My Trip — two refunds not credited

Please note that my refunds are pending with make my trip-
1. Booking ID: NF[protected] & amount of INR 3799 (cancelled ticket)
2. Booking ID: NF[protected] & amount of INR 5229 (Booking unsuccessful but amount debited from my account)

After trying repeatedly by complaining on their site, I have not received a single response from them. please advise if I need to involve my lawyers in this as well for filing a case against makemytrip for doing fraud and keeping my money in an unauthorized way.
