Reason for Complaint : PNR no. given 1 hour before Departure
It''s regarding my booking id FLT[protected] . MMT generated and send an SMS of PNR no. one hour before departure of flight .
I had booked this ticket for Mr Vipul Jain four hours before departure of Jet Airways Flight no. 9W-914, from Del - CCU (Kolkatta) Dep time 20.40 hour on 27th January 2009. from MMT . Mr Vipul Jain was residing at Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi and its took more then 1 hour to reach the domestic airport in the evening when there are lots of traffic Jam in Delhi. So its not possible for the passenger to reach before closing of check in which is 40 minute before departure of flight.
As it is a NO SHOW case I got refund of tax only which is only Rs 2975/-
and the total cost of this ticket is 4720/- . So I lost almost 1745/- without any fault and with the help of MMT.
