I have called the toll free number [protected] and three people have asisted me
Nisha, Jaya and some guy name nimit or amit who cares, I was told that someone is going to call me and I am going to get an email and NO body, I mean no body is calling me back, this company is so [censored]ed up that some how they know the number I am calling from and I can't get through with the calls any more. I am really surprised that this company is considered good.
and when I call them to book a new flight as international traveler " Oh there is someone answering my phone immediatly and then telling me that this department it different." I wish there was an office of this company where I live. I really would have made sure that there is lock by court unless they resolve my problem.
