[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Charged twice on my credit card | |
I booked tickets from chennai to Delhi (round trip) through their site www.makemytrip.com, they site was very slow and suddenly it asked me to confirm payment and when I confirmed it charged twice ($787 US). When I called them immdeiatly there response was very poor and they never agreed its their problem. Still fighting with them to get the money back. Was this information helpful? | |

I booked an trip air ticket on 3.2.2010 with booking ID of FLT[protected] for travel from Chennai to Kolkotta (IC 766) on 6th February 2010. The total charge was Rs.6033. However, my debit card was charged twice i.e. Rs.6033 + Rs.6033 for the same booking. I request you to kindly verify the above overcharging and credit back to my bank account No.[protected] for Rs.6033 immediately.
