[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip — No Refund for the unavailed services due to flight change and bad health to travel

I am highly unsatisfied due to the services and level of loyalty being provided to the customers of makemy trip for the above mentioned tickets I booked my honeymoon travel Bali and Manyasia, my flight had to depart from Delhi Airport at 23.35 hrs at night on October 3, 2009. But in the morning called at the customer care help line of Malaysian airline and got to know that my flight from KLIA to Bali MH-851 cancelled and converted into MH - 853, as I was already suffering due t reducing platelets count and was not able to do with the mentioned flight and due to the same reason i had to cancel my entire trip. initially they kept of assuring us and know they have offered me to take the amount 20,000 out of the Hotel booking of 50,000 approx and according to them the airline can extend my tickets to Jan 15, 2010, which is useless for me I need full refund for my travel including entire hotel booking, I booked my entire package including Airport Transfers, Sightseeing, Tours, 3 Dinners all 8 night Breakfast, and i have not availed anything, they are charging me 30,000 out of 50000 of my entire tour, the maximum amount which the Hotels can charge is 1st night stay, Till now i as was pursing the same through my agent makemytrip.com, for my refund of my package amount from you and the response from their side is that you can extend my tickets to January 15,2010, it is highly unacceptable, i can't do with it as my entire trip got spoiled because of this and now for me it’s not possible to use it as I am involved in CWG Delhi 2010 and it’s not possible for me go anywhere till next year. Hence I would request you to process my full refund. Although.
I expect my full airfare refund from Makemytrip.com for my tickets and Hotel booking mentioned above.

With reference to your post and subsequent communication with MakeMyTrip, the medical reports you submitted were not accepted by the airline or hotel as a valid reason for cancellation of your holiday.

However, I would like to let you know that MakeMyTrip is dedicatedly pursuing getting the maximum possible refund from the hotel against your reservation.

Regarding your air ticket, you have been in discussions with the airline and it is not in MakeMyTrip’s control to extend the validity beyond January 15, 2009.

We have been in constant communication with you and will continue to be henceforth to assist you however we can.

MakeMyTrip — Suffering due to booking for a inoperative flight

My query is through Makemytrip i was allotted a confirmed ticket for
Airindia flight no 9611 on 16/3/11.When i reached the Airport i was
told by Airindia authority that this flight is withdrawn 6 month
ago.Hence i suffered a loss ammounting to Rs.2506/- directly as bill
for Hotel & Taxi(copy atteched).There fore i request you to share this
otherwise i have no option but to move consumer court

makemytrip is very typical co. it can claim anything, now they r claiming the flight was operating but u yourself chosen for nextday.whereas on 29/3/11 they claimed on helpline that flight is on right time .but actualy flight is inoperating for last 6 months.
