[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Refund not given even after 6 months | |
I had booked 3 air tickets with MakeMyTrip.com in October 2009 ffrom Delhi to Jammu. I had to cancel the tickets due to some family circumstances and was promised refund after minor cancellations. The site currently says cancellations have been processed but I have not received the money back into my account. I have written at least 10-12 emails and have called at least 5-6 times in last 6 months to their call centres. Everytime I have been requested a different document/details. Last email was sent two weeks back wherein I sent MakeMyTrip a copy of my account statement to prove there has not been any refund into my account. I havent received a response or my money yet.
