[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Irresponsible Billing | |
Hi, I purchased a ticket from Makemytrip.com using my Credit Card to Travel from New York to Chennai. The total cost was 52,000. My card was charged twice for the same transaction and there was no response after repeated mails. Everytime I called the customer care, using ISD from USA to India, I was put on hold for 30mins and each time the customer service representative gave me some story and cut the call. Also, for every new call, I was asked to quote the ExtensionNumber of the representative who spoke to me previously. But when I ask the representative for their extension, they refuse to give saying that it is against company policies. My bank that issued me the card is showing clear proof that my the merchant came for settlement twice. Makemytrip is absolutely fraudeulent in their approach and do not treat any customer with courtesy. They give very rude replies on phone and keep lying that someone will call you, someone will mail you. I would like to use this forum to inform people that please do not make any online transcations with make my trip. Was this information helpful? | |
