[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Payment done but no ticket sent not confirmed me | |
Hi, I have booked ticket for my family for a journey from BBSR to Trivandrum via Bangalore through Make my trip. While booking the price was 4472 per person but while goign to payment page each ticket became 5976. Secondly, after I made the payment, the site said there is some system error and they will send my ticket through email in 6 hrs. I haven't yet received the ticket. I am in US and calling to India by spending money but no solution yet. Please help. My booking details: MakeMyTrip Booking ID: NF[protected] Booking Date: Thu, 25 Nov' 10, 11:48 hrs When I contacted Make my trip, they have given another reference number to an existing one.
