MakeMyTrip — MakeMyTrip - Not refunding the canceled ticket amount - Booked in AUG 2013

I Booked a Bus ticket on 15th Aug 2013 . Mistakenly I selected current date and booked ticket but after confirmation page I got to know about wrong day booking so requested to customer care to cancel my ticket. Person who attended my call told me that we can't provide any alternative day ticket but we can cancel and remaining (50%) amount will be credited in your account within 3 working days. after 2 days I called them again but they told me now we can't cancel ticket as date has been passed but my concern was - I already requested for cancellation and now instead of my remaining amount you are suggesting me to cancel ticket before journey date. I already communicated to them on same day when I booked the ticket. They suggested me to register complaint but even after I didn't back any update till last month.Please help if you can do anything for me.
