i have booked 5 tickets for mumbai to jammu and return and when i made payment through credit card and amount was debited to my account. i received message that booking failed. this has happend with me 2-3 time. i request all of you kindly donot book your ticket through make my trip Was this information helpful? | |||

I completely agree with you. The same thing happened with me while i was getting a ticket booked from delhi to amritsar. booking failed after payment and when i called them to enquire they said u can book another ticket and pay the price difference. Or otherwise they said that the mney will be refunded after some 15-20 days. I had to really put my ways through to get the booking done. Make my trip is a racket i feel pls do not get your tickets booked from this website.
