hi I am Gopinath.B TN 22 BT 9991

i am facing the problem, for past july when i got the bike . the speedometer is not working till now they dint take action for this problem. my free service is also get completed, this time, when i ask, they said that we cant change the speedometer. they say that if the problem occur from the day one it should be solved. after 7 months u r telling this we r not responsible for this. they ask that do u have any proof for that. i said the service manger & sales name guy who attened at the time of my delivery but they coolly says that they left the company and u should ask they only...

one of the worst service i ever seen.

this time they change the cable for this problem when i asked y u changed the old cable they remove the cable from the speedometer now it empty till now the people r not polite to answer for this.

dont buy honda in this worst company from the mansarovar honda velachery

This happened for us as well. I gave my Honda activa for third service and they literally screwed it up.

The vehicle started choking a lot and the battery leaked acid all over the paint.

They didnt even notice it and delivered us the bike in very bad shape.

We 1st gave the bike on September 6th and its now October 13th, we still dont have the bike !

I agree with our Friend Gopi..
Please find my worst experiance had with them today.

I have had a very worst experience today after giving my Honda Unicorn for service to Manasarover Honda. They just damaged one of bike part during service and they delivered it quite smartly when I asked about the damage from the Servce Manager I have asked to wait for 5 mins but after half an hour I got reply from the service person saying there is no chance of damage' and I met many ppl from the serive centre and went like this...

Mr Y asked to meet Mr.X after meeting X, he asked to meet Z after meeting Z they asked to meet some other guy...
this how it went and one smart guy from serive said that it can be fixed using quick fix..

After spending about 2 hrs by hearing same stuff . I left disgusted..

So folks plz never ever give your bike for service there and dont get frustrated after giving there..
