Marg Swarnabhoomi — Flat booked and not handed over

My sister and I had booked 2 flats in MargSwarnabhoomi Utsav project in July 2010.As she was not given a loan in the bank where Marg said they would tie up,we agreed to transfer the advance to my flat and consolidate both bookings in Sept 2011.

Each time Marg Swarnabhoomi promised to do the transfer in 3 months time.We personally met Mr Aravind and

Shobana in Jan 2012 and again in March 2012 and finally in June 2012.Each time they ask for confirmation of request

to transfer and then say they need 3 more months.In June, Mr Aravind confirmed that the transfer was done and said

he would confirm through emai in 2 days time.Despite repeated reminders and follow ups through email and phone, we

are yet to recieve any response.I have paid Rs.129525 and so has my sister. so a total of Rs 2,60,000 approx is stuck with themm.
The promised completion date of the flat was March 2012. Till now the flat has also not been completed.

We finally contacted Mr Chndrasekar who is Aravinds boss but he also has not responded till now.they donot even pickup the phone these days.

I am fedup with the poor attitude and response of such a big company.Marg is not responding or keeping its promises and I want the booking cancelled and full amount without cancellation charges to be repaid.
