my car swift vdi No DL__ 5 CF_ 8916 . today morning my driver mr vikas go to marketing times okhla workshop at 10.30 but job card prepare 11.30 am and before service car washing approx 3.45 pm after washing 4 .00 pm car go for service . at morning time conform aprox 6 pm but car serrvice complete approx 7.30. and bill ...approx12500. after service driver left workshop . after 5 min car brek noises then driver return and complent about noise .but no body remove and says that car subh milagi in this reason I m wating approx 3 hour in my office and after 8.30 higher taxi and reach home
I m very very upset for behaviour of dealing hand and this is not my first complent angist marketing tims .marketing times staff is so much un professional and un educatied ...
this is my humble request pl take a strong steps ageist marketing times .
I m also corporate clints belong omaxe ltd real estate group.....

Marketing times Okhla should remove the "Caring for Customers - Do it the first time" logo as they never comply to it. You go to get your car repair, they take their own sweet time and then the day you go to pick it up, you notice 10 other parts that they have damaged.
