i live in ashok nagar ghaziabad and there is a marriage park which plays music at high volume.... it causes a lot of disturbance at night while studying .. please look forward to it..!

Now a days the rich and influential are giving a gobye to the rules and regulations and recklessly indulging into severe noise pollution by way of musical brands. fireworks.bursting crackers etc, not only on public roads but also near marriage halls during their marriage functions. Everybody including the police administration fully knows that as per new guidelines, by rules and also as per the Judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of india, there shall be no noise pollution batween 10 pm to 6 am, yet no serious action is being taken against the noise polluters who are openly playing fireworks and bursting crackers even in the late of the night by effecting the peace and sleep of many elderly people, patients, and infants. Hence drastic action has to be taken against the noise polluters and also against the law enforcing agencies who fail to curb the above menace which is a clear violation of Art.21 of Constitution of India.
