Very bad service This is regarding my car Maruti 800 Regn No. UP 17A-1631.I got the insurance done from MARUTI LMJ.JODHPUR Branch for the period MAY-08-09. My car was accident from truck on 4 Feb-09 in Jodhpur. After that I am given my car at SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES PVT.LTD. & I told him about all the problems in the car & also give permission to paid service I am call to MR.Sushil who is supervisor of M/S SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES PVT.LTD.on 12 feb-09. He inform me your car is complete ok & you receive your car any time. I got my car same day & pay 1689 rs.for paid service bill no BC08005185. & also one bill of some amount of insurance-Aprrox-1700/-. . On same day my car in trouble for the problem of heating. I am again contact to M/S SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES PVT.LTD. They repair this same time & but also show one job card of my car & given more estimate of Aprox-6000/- & told to me many different problem in my car. My question is why you given my car unprepared. .I told the person regarding the same and he gave a very casual reply that you can get it repair yourself. I was very angry. I called up GM of M/S SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES PVT.LTD & I got no answer regarding why you asked to me yours car ok on yesterday. This shows a very casual attitude of the staff of M/S SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES PVT.LTD & I think that we should stop dealing with this dealer. Dear Sir,
I have an maruti 800 & i was given to servising & that time i have checked wheel alignment test. but i am not satisfied about wheel alignment because my vechile above 60-70 vibling so pls. help me this is my second experience about maruti showroom at ahmednagar Kankariya Automobiles (Maharashtra). my vechile no. is MH 16 AB 1629

ce i faced problem with your delar. Name (SHREE KRISHNA AUTO SALES).
They made a mistake of pr oducing a=A0 DENT. Now they are telling is alread=
y there.As i Fill ur Job card also. I agree that there were scratch on back=
door, but there was no=A0 dent,Previouslly also during the last free servi=
ce they mistaken made a hool on back bumpper and they admited there mistake=
and repair it after so much arrgument with your Service Head.
If you have ever looked into the complaint book then u must have observed t=
hat lots of compliant written by the customer are same.
Also i complaint on your service center but there is no response from your =
side..
I think If i use maruti product i'll get good after sale service from your=
side.
Request you to please look into this matter.
