Maruti Alto — not giving satisfied service and ans
Dear sir,I bought Alto car from Kiran motors so I prefer to make service at Kiran Motors it self. But this time while I bring my car for servicing eventhough I have 9 point service card free no one is bother to take my car. But A good service man Mr. Vipul took my car. Then after with his guidance I convert it in to paid service. After taking test drive he told me that suspension had a problem. So as per him the front left jumper shoul be changed So I gave him authoriztion to change it.
But after taking deleivery on 12/04/2011 at 8:45 PM I felt that there was a problem in allighment. which was not there while I put my car.
When I complaint about it he told me that make allighment and then bring the car at SG highway work shop then he would take my car.
So is it so that while I put my car in to very good condition and bring it in to bed condition even though servicing.
When I talked with him regarding it he told me that in to service all tyres removed. SO isn't it duty of the person or company who removed my tyres?
else Kiran motors is only to make money from the service not for the customer satisfaction?
I had a complaint that the brake is not working while I drive on CNG kit. which is not solved.
I think this step is taken in to action.
Plz. send a person to my place and make it ok because it caused from Kiran's fault not from my side.

Even though they are not bother to fill up any feedback from from me.
So is it so that all feedback forms are filled by you it self so that Maruti Suzuki would not get any complaint about it?

i too got my car serviced at Berkeley phase-II, Indl area, chandigarh. it was my first paid service so i wanted to go to the maruti authorised service centre rather to go to open market. But now i have realised that i had done a mistake goin there. They have charged for everythin but when i checked the coolent tank that was below the low level. Now i am worried whether they have changed the other oils or not for which they have charged from me. There are other many faults like pick up, milage and even my music player is also not workin.
i agree with Mr. Manish Garg that Maruti should take care of these things otherwise Berkeley will definately spoil the image.

I OBSERVED THAT MY CAR WAS RUNNING BETTER BEFORE IT HAS SERVICED FROM BERKELEY PHASE-I CHANDIGARH. NOTHING IS SATISFIED FOR WHICH YOU GO TO BERKELEY BUT THEIR HOSPITALITY/MARKETING IS GOOD. I HAD GIVEN MY ALTO CAR IN THE MONTH OF JULY.AT THE TIME OF HAND OVER CAR TO SERVICE STATION,I HAD TOLD THEM THEIR IS A VIBRATION IN THE CAR AND MY CENTRAL LOCKING IS WORKING PROPERLY.AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AFTER SERVICE I HAD OBSERVED THAT VIBRATION IS STILL THEIR AND MY CENTRAL LOCKING WHICH WAS WORKING WAS NOT WOKING NOW.I HAD TOLD TO MR.PRAMOD AT SERVICE STATION AND HE HAS OBSERVED THE SAME,BUT HE HAS TOLD ME THAT NOW U GO TO THAT SHOP FROM WHERE I HAD FITTED CENTRAL LOCKING.I DON'T UNDERSATAND THE SYSTEM WHICH WAS WORKING BEFORE WAS NOT WOKING AFTER SERVICE THEN WHY I HAVE TO GO TO THAT SHOP BUT ANYWAY I WENT TO THAT SHOP,AFTER OBSEVING THE SHOPKEEPER HAS TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT OUR FAULT U AGAIN GO TO THE SERVICE STATION.AGAIN I RUSHED TO THE SERVICE STATION AND HAD TALK WITH MR.PRAMOD BUT TILL TODAY THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED AND ALSO I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT AFTER EVERY SERVICE WE RECEIVED CALL FROM SERVICE STATION FOR FEEDBACK AND AT THAT TIME ALSO I HAD TOLD THEM MY PROBLEM.BUT NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT FEEDBACK CALL IS ONLY FOR SHAKE OF SATISFACTION AND TO KEEP RECORD THAT WE HAD CONTACTED CUSTOMER AND NOT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.ALREADY MORE THEN ONE MONTH PASSED AND STILL MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED.IF AS A COMPANY AND YOUR DEALER NOT WANT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAN WHY UNNECESSARY YOU TAKE FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER.SO NOW TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT YOUR EARLIEST OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE HELP OF CONSUMER FORUM
