[Resolved]  MARUTI ALTO K10 — Not issuing Motor Insurance claim

I purchased a new Maruti Alto K10 car from AVG Tiruvalla as exchanged with my old Maruti 800 under True Value. AVG arranged insurance for my new car with bajajallianz. My car met with an accident on June 3, 2012. The vehicle was taken to another Maruti work shop room- Sarati Tiruvalla. They completed the work, but my claim for insurance was not sanctioned by bajaj allianz surveyor saying that I need to produce the NCB certificate. The certificate was with the AVG who arranged my insurance. They searched for the certificate and it is still missing. The Oriental Ins company will not issue another certificate. They said if the bajajallianz asks them for a confirmation they can produce. Instead of doing that they are asking the customer to produce the certificate for sanctioning a claim.

MARUTI ALTO K10 — Registration not received

Sir,

We have puchased a new Maruti Alko K10 from Sky Automobile, Jagdalpur, Bastar. We have also paid for the Registration and insurance to the dealer. However the dealer has not given us the registration of the vehicle even after 2 months and when enquired about the same - initially he used to say he will given it soon. Now he says that as the tax was increased so we need to pay 1% amount of the vehivle price, wherein by the time we purchased the vehicle no such condition was mentioned. Also the dealer had delayed to book for our vehivle registration and in the mean time probably the tax got increase. Now when it was not our fault then why should we pay the access money ? Please help up to get the same ASAP.
