[Resolved]  Maruti Dzire Vxi — Loss Incurred by us due to Radha Govind Automobile

In context of the above complaint number, we booked one wagon-r and then upgraded to dzire vxi....we were committed to be given the vehicle with 1.5 months from the upgradation date...

but even after 2.5 months, we were not given the vehicle... we asked the maruti dealers "mr.sameer([protected])" and mr.pawan([protected]) to deliver the vehicle in 15 days time as shradh were starting after that..... we were confirmed by pawan kr that our vehicle will reach in a day or two, so we shud get the D/D made from the bank... but again after waiting for 4-5 days, on the eve of shradh we were told that our car has not even started from gurgaon plant....

then 15 days were shradh.... mr sameer says that u can take the vehicle after shradh and billing will be of before shradh...we refused for that.... as to whom we are making fool of....

Finally, our phone was not getting picked up by these people and our advance was also not getting refund...after 3-4 days calling agin n again, it was returned...

but the loss incurred to us on getting the dd made and getting it cancelled is nowhere refunded to us....

Now, we want that refund also as we always wanted to buy the car but due to incorrect dealing of mr.sameer and his executive mr.pawan....we cud not buy the car from them....

moreover, mr.sameer is such a rude man that he even misbehaved with my father on phone...he does'nt know how to talk with customers...

i am in touch with ATM maruti since october'10 but no action has been taken yet from this brand name against such people like mr.sameer and pawan kr.....

All I want is the loss incurred by me back...
