In context of the above complaint number, we booked one wagon-r and then upgraded to dzire vxi....we were committed to be given the vehicle with 1.5 months from the upgradation date...
but even after 2.5 months, we were not given the vehicle... we asked the maruti dealers "mr.sameer([protected])" and mr.pawan([protected]) to deliver the vehicle in 15 days time as shradh...

Non-delivery of Swift Dzire
This is Pratap and I want to say a few things about the way the Company Marutisuzuki. I had booked a Maruti Swift Dzire by paying the entire amount of Rs 3,60,000 through Berkeley Automobiles, Chandigarh on 23 May 2009. As i am an Army Officer I had got it booked through CSD and the dealer told me that it would take 2-3 months for delivery. I waited for three months and the dealer told me to wait another 1-2 months. I contacted Maruti sales...

Sadly i hav booked a Swift Dzire in April2008 (Alianz Automobiles New Delhi)& was said by dealer that will get the same in 2 or 3months time.But sorry to say that its going to be 4 months & still after calling the dealer several times no response from their side, they are not ready to tell me that when i will get my car.
