[Resolved]  Maruti omni — Problem pending for almost one year in maruti

GEAR SIFTING problem still exist from the first day ,but not solved yet. According to you all I have kept my vehicle for observation but no fruit thing are done.
As Bandel Maruti service center said me that there is problem in pressure plate. clute adjutment, realised bearing, front wheel gapping from chassis, even in front hydraulic . Please let me what to do.
over 10 months it is pending & they (Mohan Motors ltd Kolkata & Mr. Kamlesh Sing's (Service Engineer,maruti Suzuki India Ltd.) letting me round & round

Maruti omni — Not proper service

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Maruti Omini ( GJ10AC-5937) from Atul Motors - Jamnagar in Jan-2009. In last two years all the service done by Atul Motors. My last paid service was on 30th Nov-10 at Atul Motors - Jamnagar. After the last service there was little vibration in steering that I came to know after some period. I have already inform to Atul Motors about the vibration. I have been guided to do necessary activities to overcome the vibration and requested to visit Atul Motors. The reason for vibration was not properly fitting of nuts and bolts of all (Four) wheel plates and thus all four wheel plates badly damaged. when the vehicle was given for paid services to Atul Motors. However I am thankful to the God for not having any incidents/injury to me and my family and the reason of major negligence on the part of Atul Motors. I am happy to inform you that in last two years my vehicle did not get a single puncture. Since the purchase my vehicle has ran app. 9000 km. only.

I have received phone call[protected] from Customer care Maruti Ahmadabad office. Mr. Vishal has stated that why you have done little bit repairing in the car for that he has refuse to believe the matter of customer (me) and repeatedly stick to his stand and not listen and believe the facts of the case.

After this incident I had talk to Atul Motors (Customer care Office) Jamnagar. They have said that at the most they can provide me the material at the discount rate.

For no fault of me I have been punished by the world famous company MARUTI. I am sure while looking towards your reputation for the customer care your good self will take appropriate action in the matter. My self is also working in a such big public limited company and what is the value of customer and how to take care of the beloved and valued customer.
