I koushalesh rai bought maruti swift Dzire vxi petrol car engine-chassis no[protected], VIN
MA3ESKD1S00244238 REGISTRATION NO.UP 65 AU 1300 in the year march 2010.On 25 Aug 2012 while driving the veh.in the varanasi market suddenly fire broke out in the engine.The vehicle was sent to maruti service centre Mahmurganj varanasi.where the vehicle was checked and engineer informed that there was fault in the engine and company will bear the expenditure being a warranty period.Now after 10 days they informed that a polestar clothe was in side the engine that cause the fire but there is not the case.The vehicle is in the service centre and company is showing unwillingness to do any things and making this and that.The engine got defective and company estimated the expenditure for Rs 80000/ for the repair of the vehicle.Kindly approach concern quarter for doing the needful.
