This is a complaint regarding the service and customer care which I faced in DD Motors, Mayapuri.

I have Maruti Alto car and it was bubbling a lot so I took it to DD Motors. I got so many responses from them which are as below.

Day 1: Technician 1: The car rubber bushes have torn out.

Day 1: Technician 2: The car shockers are gone.
Final Response: It is late in evening (3:30Pm). Come tomorrow we need to check it again.

Day 2: I went to service centre at 11:00Am. For next 2 hours i.e. till 1:00pm no technician attended to me. Each of the technicians was just passing my papers to next technician

So I went to their General Manager who attended to my problem and asked someone to assist me.

Day 2: Technician 3: He took me for checkup ride and after coming back says it is their lunch hour and after which they have a monthly meeting so I need to wait till 2:30PM.
I told him that I will again approach the GM. So he called another Technician
Day 2: Technician 4: He just came looked at tyre and announced the tyres have torn off.
I told him fine get me a gatepass and I leave your premises.
Final Shock : He goes to invoice office and get’s a bill made for Rs 200/-. I asked him what it is for and too my utter shock he tells me that he had attended me for 2 minutes and the charges are for the same.
THIS IS WHAT WE CALL NEW AGE CUSTOMER CARE. IS ANY ONE IN MARUTI LISTINING.
2 days, 6 hours of my time 2 minutes of inspection and Rs 200/- bill.
Your Sales are dipping due to people you have. It’s high time you invest time in people else you will keep on loosing customers like this.

The condition now seems to be worst as after receiving call from your side to collect my car Maruti Zen On 20th November, 2008 having registration No. DL 2CN 9286, you again refused to give the car to me due to some new technical problem. Will you please let me know that without any confirmation you call the people to collect the car. This is very embarrassing to me to come from Delhi to Gurgaon to receive car and got refused. On the very first day from 30th October, 2008 you promised to give the car to me on 08th November, 2008, but till date you always failed to deliver the car to me.

On 20th November, 2008 I was promised by you head Mr. Sunil Gupta for the delivery of the car within 15 minutes and at the end of the day I was refused to the delivery of the car. Reason a new technical problem. Let me tell you that my car only did 38000 Kms from the last 8 Years and before the accident I have never had any technical problem in the car and now the problem occurs in that part aswell where the car was never hited.

Please do the needful in this matter. I will be highly thankful to you for the same.

Do not change oil in full service. Vehicle got damaged. Do not respond for major complaints. (sai service koothattukuLam)

This Dr.Parameswari . I own a Maruti ALto800 Red Colour purchased in Khiviraj Motors in Chennai Perungudi OMR on the Year 2014 May Month . vehicle No:Tn14-5034. I have given my all service to the Show room of Vehicle But each time when i give they will not do it properly . Always hold a complaint remaining in their Service which i call them and say they will try to convience me . This happens every time .

This time on the 28th of Saturday Feb 2015 i gave my Vehicle to service Mentioning the complaint that the Indoor Light was not working and the Break had to been adjusted and Remote what they gave me during the purchase of the vehicle from the maruti during the purchase was not working . Just do a General water service .

They said that need to change the oil filter and the Petrol filter and some work . I metioned them i am just in a hurry and now you dont make time and i am short of money as the month of march i have more commitments . please do the basic problems and rectify it.

The remote which was not working in i mentioned them that the Reverse alarm to doesn't work due to the Remote and in cities it is important to have for securness .

They brought the vehicle here today on the sunday to me Mentioning that service is over . The main thing the Vehicle was not water washed properly and the remote was not working again .

When i called them to the service centre they didnot want to response properly, they simply mentioning just sign the paper and pay cash tomorrow when i am free i will water wash once again and give you back just sign the papers and give us the cash .

i said that cant sign in the papers please take the vehicle and go . for the remote he says i will SMS you the number of the agent where we bought you deal with them we are not responsible for the remote problems, this is not our serivce center problem you have deal by yourself, then for what the hell you people ask us to do extra fittings and now we are not responsible making the customers a fool . No other car dealers do such a bad service in Hyundai we had a very good response in all the times . I feel very shame for buying the MAruti Alto 800 hoping service is good here as one of the best product in india. The person who called me name Vikram Mobile number. [protected] he acts in such a ignoring way of answering the customer .

MARUTI is the worst in service No proper feed Back and Proper Response . Really i feel shame for having a Maruti Vehicle so many good car companies do such a good service . I wasted my money in having this .

Definelty i will not refer any of my friends to get any of your brand vehicle .

I thought after the a year learning the driving in this to get a Swift but better to go for some other company car not yours in my Life and i definetly inform all fo my Doctor circle friends not to get purchase the Maruti forever.

I didn't attach any image as gave back the car to the service center to Keep it safe with them as i am so happy in their service i want my care repaired with the remote cleared and given back if you give me a statment that we cant do that it is not our fault that you purchased Extra Fittings its my fate that i bought car in maruti and had extra fitting in the Show room Mentioning all this give me a Mail i will get my car happily for a so kind of customer service and never again turn back to you for service till i sell my car .

A local Mechanic is so good in Customer service than Maruti Service center.

Maruti Suzuki India — Not given bill and took 6300

We has put our car in insurance so at that time they made the clam of rs.24000 and then they took 6300 from us and told that we will give you the bill by tomorrow and it's about 2 weeks we didn't received the bill so when we called them they have told that we will courier we got the courier but not the bill. .

About central locking

Sir, meri car ka central lock mistak kar raha h jo ki warranty period mai hai but apka dealer kah raha ha ki pahle paid service karva lo fir free mai change karenge please help me.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited — Internet not working since its installation of more than 3 weeks

Sir,

I have applied for internet broadband connection and the modem was installed more than 3 weeks ago at the my residence no. 2222687, H. No. 262/21, Gali no. 4, Madan Puri, Gurgaon. Internet was not connected and installation engineer (Mr. Vikas, [protected]) informed me there may be some problem in the server. When the next day it was not connecting, I make a call to him and he told me to book complaint on 2225225. After making serveral call at this no. they told to see the matter. But till date internet is not working. You are requested to see the matter.

Maruti Suzuki — Manufacturing defect with no response

I have booked a Maruti Swift, had inspected the vehicle on 6 jun in ABT Maruti Guindy and found some defects in manufacturing. I have registered the complaint initially with the dealer but as they cannot do much about it (inspite of they accepting the complaint) I did escalate the issue as a written complaint through mail to Maruti. I have not had any response to it. I am surprised at the way I have been getting response from Maruti since they are blaming each other rather than responding to the complaint. I am totally annoyed at their response. Hope they understand the value of customer atleast now.

FREE THIRD SERVICE ENGINE OIL NOT CHANGED

Dear Sir,
I Rajinder Singh of Meerut purchased a wagon R car no UP15AF7555 on 30.06.08 from your dealar MS Raj Sneh Auto Pvt Ltd. The first free service was done on 3.8.08 at 1113 kms second service on 7.10.08 by job card JCO 8006955 at 3208 kms third on 27.03.09 by JCO8013474 at 8833
kms . all the three free services from Raj Sneh auto pvt ltd.. after the third service as the car was not giving proper service on 20.06.09.at about 10980 kms the car was again sent for checking the driver of my car was told there is an engine problem as the compression of the engine is low and it has to be overhauled.
I reconfirmed it at your other service dealer Uhique motors .Where the compression of the engine checked and to be found 7.2, 8.0, 8.2 . there it was found that the engine oil was too black in colour and not been changed from quite some time..on 25.06.09 the car was sent for repair to the company at 11400
kms at Raj sneh auto nothing is been done at the co. where am I at fault, the company is not giving any response as they are shifting the blame on petrol lame excuse as I am owing other car and getting all the car filled at the same station in which I am not facing any problem . I would request you to do the need full at your earliest .

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd — Not identifying proper defect

I used to give my car to a/m authorised service centre for any fault, servicing, wheel alignment/balancing since purchased. I have observed that they are not taking care my car as desire.

Since last 04 months, I have noticed that there is a problem in shock up as vehicle is getting unexpected bouncing whenever not need. When I had taken car to them first time, they simply replied no problem in car. Again, I had approached 2nd time and asked their Mgr to take trial alongwith me, he agreed there was problem in Left Rear side shock up. He has replaced same one under warranty. 3rd time, I got similar problem in Left Front side and again he has replaced the same. But no improvement in capability of shock up.

Then they recommended to show my car to Millenium Mobility, Pune and I have checked on 06 Mar 10 at recommended service centre, but it was in vain.

While driving, my car is rolling-pitching like a ship alongwith abnormal jerk is being transmitted towards steering and clutch which is felling by the legs and hands too.

Also I had made arrangement of cigarette lighter from same auth. dealer for charging mobiles during driving which is not been in use since installation and my 03 No. chargers became faulty once connected to lighter. There is also AC cooling problem where I am not getting ambient temprature on selecting 2 No mode.

I am frequently meeting them for above mentioned problem, but I am not getting such response for rectification with my satisfaction.

Inspite of regular servicing, I am not at all comfortable with my car since 04 months. I am not enjoying my driving as I like.

I shall be very thankful, if you will help me to rectify my car faults at an urgent.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited — Spare part replacement

I had got Maruti 800 AC (RJ36C 0912) repaired from LMJ Service Jodhpur. The Cash memo no. was BC09008574 dated 05.12.2009. Job card No.JC09009871.In this repair I was told that the left front axle was required to be replaced and the same was charged in the above bill. The description of the same was Part No. 44102MB4312 Shaft Assy.FR Drive (INVL)-FBB.

Recently the same sound started coming again. I had shown the car on another service centre in Jodhpur (P D Motors). He said that the same needs to be replaced.

Firstly , either the part has not been replaced or it might have been replaced by some used/duplicate part. As it is not possible that the part is requiring replacement only in 6 months , when the earlier one worked for 6 years.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited — Manufacturing Defect

Sir,
I purchased a Swift (VDi) Model of Maruti Suzuki India, Ltd from M/S Bimal Auto Agency, Adabari, Guwahati-781014 on 23rd Dec'09. Soon after the 1st Free Servicing I encountered a problem i.e. the engine stops functioning when I drove above 70Km/hr. This matter was immediately reported to the dealer.The problem still persists after 3rd free servicing. During this period lot of water has flown through Brahmaputra by then.The dealer also got it checked, chaged fuel pressure pump also turbo charger assembly etc etc but of no use.Now the car is lying in their possesion since 14th July'10 and I am seriously suffering as I am paying my EMI for the loan taken against the car.
After I got fade up I requested the dealer to replace the car with a new one but there is no response as such from the dealer.
I request the authority of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Okay, everyone. After doing some investigating, this person is located in Sweden and was sent from Stockholm University. Phone number of origin: +[protected]...This is fraud and do not email this person back nor give him any kind of information. There are a lot of fraud cases and I would hate to see my fellow Indians suffer as a result of some .

I am also confused.

It is a fake email.simple observation to know it is fake email. when Maruthi Suzuki want to recruit people, they will send email from there own server which ends with @marutisuzuki.com, why they have to depend on hotmail, aol or some other stupid server and also company has clearly mentioned in there website saying that they wont send any email for recruitment, if any one interested to apply for maruthi suzuki, please visit there website http://www.marutisuzuki.com/career.aspx, kindly dont lose your money paying buggers.
Suggestion for you all: according to my knowledge none of the MNC company wont ask for security deposit before interview. they may ask for security deposit once you have selected and given offer letter.

I got a similar email from Mr. Aiko Hiroko, HRD -direct recruitment manager, MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD (MSIL). Only the bank to deposit is either SBI or ICICI. Surpriseingly I have bank accounts in both banks. I suspect if the bank account details database is compromised. Either way, I think MSIL should wake up and announe a denial on their web site.

Maruti Suzuki Estilo — Poor A.C.

I have a Maruit Zen Estillo.It's A.C. is the worst from the very first day.

agree. i wonder what made you purchase estillo even when it was quite clear that there are no changes done to the engine except its interiors and the height. Maruti has never been good with car functioning with AC ( as far as I know ). While other korean models offer a lot of edge with car running with AC on. Look for hyundai SANTRO, you won't regret ever!!! Cheers

Sir,
I have got my car service from Varun Motors, Balanagar, Hyderabad. After 23 days they have delivered my car from their show room without finding the required fault/problem and charged me Rs.882/-. On the same day I have got repaired the car with replacement of one item from a local work shop at Hyderabad and I have got the bill also. Due to idle of my car for 23 days at service station, the battery of my car is completely discharged and unable for self start the car.

Hence, I am lodging this complaint against Varun Motors, Balanagar, Hyderabad to enquire and address them to refund my amount of Rs.882/- and replace the amaron battery with new one to compainsate my loss due to negligence of the technicians of the said service station.

I have got my car serviced at Mannil Automobiles & Service Centre, Pathanapuram, KERALA and it was a very pathetic and shameful experience over there as the serviceman was having a very poor knowledge of the services to be done and they had done the servicing in a very worse nature and have serviced the parts which were completely alright and even without my prior concern or permission. After doing all this bad quality servicing they have given the vehicle back after 1 week and have charged me way beyond the money than other Maruti servicing centres.The people over there have even insulted me when i asked them for what they charged me so high without any prior concern of servicing, also they had least bother about the problems I wanted to share with them regarding my car. After the servicing was over the horn wasnt working, there was no clutch and all the interior was full of grease. I am really annoyed with the service of this particular service centre "MANNIL AUTOMOBILES" at Pathanapuram, KERALA. I want you to please either shut this servicing centre with immediate effect or take immediate actions against the servicing centre, otherwise i would be forced to go to the court. My car is an ALTO. Peaks Auto limited — rude Behavior and inconvenient response

Dear Sir,

I have been driving above vehicle for last one year now. Despite in JKIN 9828 car was serviced at Peaks Auto Limited in Srinagar, but the Car mileage has continuously reduced to 14-15Km/Litre. I have been in touch with Peaks Auto Srinagar since then but they say that it is a good average and thereby do not take any action. Mileage test was also done by the expert Namely Mohd ABAS a good worker at the Peaks Auto and it was found to be 18.8 Km/Liter only.

However, I do not understand how come the mileage of another Alto Car purchased from the same franchise showroom by my friends

gives mileage of 24-25 Km/Litre. And in my case, the Car’s mileage reduces to 15-16 Km/Litre. Last week I firstly met a Lady any IQRA Gee so called (MD sales) whose response was "How did you come to my office" despite to solve my problem then after waiting for a long time we got appointment with Mr. Baldev Singh the Managing Director of Peaks Auto. Instead of taking any action on my problem, he along with other Peaks employee tried to convince me that vehicle is in good shape and mileage of 18.8 Km/Litre is good.

I was not convinced with Baldev Singh’s argument. Earlier also at many times, I have been asked by the employees at peaks Auto to come on any of the day and get my vehicle checked. However, whenever I reached the Peaks Showroom cum service centre I was made to wait for hours together without offering me even a glass of water. Most of the times I have left the service centre when the employees didn’t turn up even after my waiting for two to three hours. I was surprised when the MD Baldev Singh during my meet along with my above mentioned friends with him told me that his employees have other things to do and they can’t solve my problem anymore.
I was very disgraced and misbehaved by your So Called MD's

Sir Please help me in getting the mileage problem of my Alto Car solved.And teach good manners to your Employees I have already spent lots of money (Rs18000 approx) and time in past one year to solve this issue. I do have HOPE from you.

The same issue with me, I purchased a new Wagon R VXI IN jan 2011, one month before my marriage, just after running 180 kms the right front tyre bursted out,
When i went to the showroom to complaint they said it is not in warranty and askd me to purchase a new one, After arguement he asked me to pay thousand rupees and rest amount the showroom will bear.

ALL THIS THERE FAULTS WERE NOT THERE WHEN I GAVE MY CAR FOR SERVICE.HOWEVER AFTER COMING BACK FROM SERVICED CENTER
