My vehicle is registered in Davanagere, which is also my native place. Despite this, I am being repeatedly asked to visit another city like Hubli for service, which is completely unacceptable.

Earlier this month, my VW Taigun had a fuel line which got damaged and so I towed my vehicle to the VW service centre in Verna, Goa on 9th January 2026. I asked for the price for replacing the damaged fuel pipe and i was told by the service attendant that it would cost about INR 5000. 3 clutch failures in 2 years — under just 20, 000 km(90% Highway Riding). Volkswagen blames it on “overdriving”, a convenient and vague explanation. But I’ve driven a Maruti for years in the same conditions — never once faced a clutch issue.

Vw has refused to honour warranty.

I own a VW Virtus GT plus DSG. I visited Volkswagen Capital, Okhla, New Delhi on 20th April, Saturday for the second inspection mandated at 7500 kms. We bought VW Taigun from Bangalore, Singasandra( Elite Motors). The vehicle is just been drivek for 11k km.. Went to give 2nd service on 30 Mar 2024 and the technician tells that, clutch plate is damaged and the vehicle cannot go for another 1 km also.

Basically I had purchased one of accessory(Tiguan foot mat) from PPS Motors Thanisandra Bangalore(beside elements mall Bangalore) for my car and the MRP cost was INR 5000/- however VW PPS Motors charged/cheated me with double the amount and I had made the payment of INR10, 000/- to their company using Gpay(on company’s scannar)...

Let me share my first 40 days experience of buying a Volkswagen car. My car is in the workshop after breakdown on 1st Nov, 2023. My first surprise was a breakdown car mid-night on the road . Thanks for your RSA services who helped to pick my car by midnight. I received a call the next day from the workshop with a repair bill.
