with respect due to car accident it was given to service in jodhpur.but the service is nt given properly there are still some major problems in car....the back part of car glass fitting is loose n the doors r been given gap in between.....upper part has also nt been done properly....etc....it was been delivered to us on21/8/12.the car at present is in bangalore.n the bill totaled was 122500...for ur reference check out the bill num BR12000720. n receipt number is 27687.so we request u to find the solution abt it n reply us soon as possible n the car number is KA01.MH.3582 the service was done in SHRI KRISHNA AUTO PVT LTD IN JODHPUR. if there is no response from you then we have to go to consumer court and action will b taken for further information abt this topic contact RAMESH CHOUDRY at [protected] n email id at [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Swift Dzire — no proper service
I have purched Swift dezire in Dec 08 and it met to an accidnt in Feb 09 and the same is sent to Bellad Motirs Hubli for repair Front right mudgaurd replaced and painetd, the colour is not matching to its original one can immediately identify that mudgaurd is replacedno proper care taken for maintenanace of the car many parts are in loose condition and some parts are misplaced and assured on delivery they will be solved in next visit. seat covers are spotted by black oil vehicle was not given on assured period
please send your service engineer for verifiction

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i have Purchase A Maruti Swift Dezire on 30/Jan/2009 from Shubh Motors Pvt. Ltd. - Jabalpur ( M.P ).
At the time of first servicing, i have given the car to Shubh Motors Pvt. Ltd. -Jabalpur, but i am not satisfied on his service e.g. i have complaint there is sound from dash board & please check the air pressure in tyre. At the time of delivery i ask about compliant to service engr. he told all the things are checked. then we go for test drive, when we run the car same problem will face by me, i have told to service engr. he told me sir i will check again, in this checkup they will take 1 hour, even they have not check the simple or we say routen checkup of Air pressure of Tyre.
Due to This reason i have change the service Station to Yash Motors, JaBalpur ( Mass Code/Service Dealer-2169 Auth. Service Station).2nd & 3rd service made by Yash Motors - Jabalpur. in the 2nd & 3rd Service (03/03/09,02/06/09) i have complient that there is a problem in Rear Suspension. I Told to Yash Motors when site on Full Load (ie. 4+1) total 5 person in that movement car get down from left side and there is only 1 inch gap between tyre and car body and some time body get touch with tyre. in this connection i have show them service engr. practically. At the time of delivery they told me sir we have checked the spring coil & Shockup there is no problem, all the things are right, they told me due to low air pressure in tyre that why problem occure. at that movement i have taken the car delivery, but i have indicate them my problem is not rectified and i am not sataisfied with your answer. Next day i am again show them problem, they told me in next service they do that job. They Have also replace the engine grill of old swift grill to my Swift Dezire.
Then, i have show the same problem to Shubh Motors Pvt.Ltd. -Jabalpur, on 15/09/09 they are also not help me. till date i have same problem in my car i am unable to drive my car on full load.(4+1)
So Please look into the matter and inform me where we go.
