[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VXI — Maruti & Maruti Dealer Fraud.

I am writing this mail in such a pain. I have booked Swift VXI sun light copper colour in Kalyani Motors Bangalore on April 3rd 2009. Initally the Sales guy sat on my head and took the booking saying the car will be delivered in 10 days. He promised April 10th then april 15th, april 22nd, april 26th, april 28th, may 2nd, may 6th. Now on May 2nd guy call me from the show room says that maruti people from head office will confirm the disbatch of vehicles after 10 days and i will get my car after omay 20th if possible. I have already started paying my EMI monthly around Rs10, 000. May 2nd i will be paying my second EMI. By the time i get my car it will 3rd EMI. Do maruti or kalyani people have common basic business ethics . Why these people play such dirty business. If these people are least bothered about customers then why these people do business.

No one have the right to play with somebody hard earned money. Maruti on the other hand say Sales is dip by 18% .If maruti are having such dealers then in future it will be 0%. I pray god this should happen with maruti.

i agree with Vinay, i booked my swift VXI from khivraj motors, chennai on march 16th. its close to 3 months and still no sign of the car nor do the dealers have any clue as to when the D day will arive.
Pathetic customer service not expected from a company like maruti !!!
I too agree with Vinay and Dileesh. I booked my first car Swift VXI sunlight copper on May 16th at Varun Motors, Hyderabad. The sales guy told that this colour is having waiting period of 45 days and other colors would be available in 30 days.. since I liked only sunlight copper, I agreed for 45 days... Its 80 days now since the booking and there is no sign of the car.. I have got fed up of calling them every 3 days and now they don't even pick my calls... this is pathetic service from Maruti and Varun Motors...
Even I agree this. I have booked my Swift VDI ABS in Indus motors Sunlight copper on May 2010. While booking they said actual waiting period is 4 months but we will try to deliver within that period, but it almost more than that and now they are saying Maruti have stopped Sunlight copper because of the customer feedback and we can deliver silky silver and even I have not got this delivered.
I am really fedup with this Motors and i am not sure where the problem either Motors Or Maruthi.
i agree with Vinay. i booked my first car swift vxi sunlight copper on 28.07.10 from spectra motors at ghatkopar Mumbai, thay had promise me to deliver car in 1 month. i started chasing them from 20.07, because it takes approx 10days from car dispatch from factory. from 20th on every call they started asking for more one week and always they use TENTATIVE DATE, when u r a authorized dealer u should have dispatch plan.
i would suggest them at the time of booking take 2-3 month and then after give delivery in 1-2month, people will be more happy.
why they don't give us the right status????
m totally confused, should i cancel my booking or should i wait.

Maruti Swift VXI — delay in providing RC and pathetic servicing

Dear sir,

I am writing this letter th extreme disappointment and distress.

I have a very bad experience with TR Sawhaney motors. I have purchased my car with reg. no dl 8cu 1559 and had faced lot of problem. After more than 5 months i have not recieved my Registration certificate even after regular follow up. on top of it i recieved the car which was having the dent on the left hand side of the car. i informed the manager the next moring and he refused to help me in this regard. that was not enough, on my second service with TR sawhney motors, my ac has stated making funny noise, car was badly serviced. dry clean was actually wet cleanning which took 2 days to dry up. car was not even clent from outside before delivery. no polishing was done even after specific request made to the concerned person. petrol worth rs 800 was stolen from the car. and so on and so forth.

Your website claims that your vision is 'creating customer delight' - I can assure you that this customer is far from delighted

i realize that my situation may not be unique, but I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The least I expect is to be regularly informed and compensated adequately for the delay and unacceptable services. Delays/pathetic services are compensated regularly with most reputed automobile manufacturers in the country and I would expect the same from Maruti. Please let me know if you finds this request unreasonable.
