My name is Khaja Mohideen I am working in Madras High Court I have bought Maruti Omni (TN 02 AP 0974) on[protected] from Popular maruti showroom (Velacherry Branch) from the 1st month onwards I have a complaint in my car i.e. on gear shifting from 3rd to 2nd and in reverse gear struck. As you know city driving is quite critical as we have to shift the gear frequently. Right from the first service till the 3rd service I have been complaining the problem they said it will be resolved and we have corrected that fault but it is not resolved till now. If this problem is not rectified in a weeks time I will face this problem legally as I am a High court staff this is not a big problem for me. So kindly do the needful. Thank you
