I had taken car service from popular wheelers, vasna, ahmedabad branch for my car but he issued me a retail invoice instead of tax invoice even though i have provided my gstn. Due to this i was not able to take credit of gst @18% paid on annual maintainable of my car.

I had a breakdown of my car at my workplace where my car tyre punctured twice after recent servicing. That is Oct 26th... On 4th of august i have got an intimation letter from the dealership that the car has been despatched on 27th of july 2017.
The letter also says, the car will be reaaching the dealership by 15 days.
Based on that i have done the full payment for the car.
But until now (26-08), the dealership is not confirming on the delivery date.
