[Resolved]  Maruti Wagon-R — POOR SERVICE BY DEALER

i have purchased maruti wagon-r, from kataria automobile ,S.G.Road ,ahmedabad.from the first day when i went to kataria automobile to take my vehicle delivery there were no one to assit me i have to go and take executive to assist me for 3-4 times.i have very terrible experience on that day when i have gone for taking delivery for my product .secondly there was insurance renewal for first year at that time executive of kataria told me to pay in cash at office, when i go to office to pay premium no body take my money. this year again there was renewal of insurance policy they have suggested me that u wil be having free service coupon for ur vehicle this is 2 nd month till that day and stil i not get any free service coupon when i asked executive they replied that i will get in one day this is 1 month already.
i m maruti car lover ,but think that i have made mistake by purchasing product of maruti who dont care for its customer.

Maruti — Poor service from dealer

I am holding a marti car (Alto LXI) which I bought it from Khivarj - Adyar six months back. I have given this car fro second service. The Speedo meter was not working properly and the indicator is showing only 80KM even if your car is going more than 80KMs.

During the service, there was no water wash, no vacuum claming inside the car. They also claimed that they have replaced the speedo meter but even now it is not working. My driver has also found that approx 2 lrs of petrol was also missing.
Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased my car in 2007 from one of your dealer (marketing times). I am absolutely dejucted wioth the services provided by the dealer..I have visited 12 times for a single complaint but no one bothers to listen over there.

They have claimed hell lot of money from me for the same problem but no solution at all...I would recommend a strong action against such services and resolve my issue ASAP.

The Bimal showroom in B'lore is not good in handling customers.Even executive not giving any updates on swift dzire car.I have booked the car on 31 mar 2008, still now no confirmation of delivery from the bimal showroom.
I got my car serviced from authorised maruti workshop in jaipur "Supreme Auto, Near Glass Factory, Tonk Road, Jaipur(RAJ.)" . Within seven days i saw oil leaking out and water too. Even my dikky's Matting was not there, as I returned from a journey( Car was standing at my home). Please do something regarding this.

Maruti — POOR SERVICE OF DEALERS

My WagonR LXI met an accident and was in Wazirpur work station for over 20 days-incurred an expenditure of 30K. After the car was handed over, there was a problem with the central lock, and some noise at the rear of the car. I went o the work shop to get atleast the central lock problem rectified.Twice I went, and they did some minor things(placed a rubber), and declared the problem cured.
Last week, I got stuck in my car-it started beeping and the ignition seized. At 8.30 PM, I had to call my mechanic and had to get the central lock removed.
If this is the level of service, and competence level of your staff, I would not at all come back to you, and would neither recommend any one for the same. Good bye for ever-advantage...your competitors.
I HAVE BOUGHT THE SWIFT DZIRE PETROL VRESION CAR ON[protected] FROM THE AGENT POPULAR IN ANNANAGAR . ON[protected] HORN WAS NOT BUZZING UP AND I HAVE CONTACT TO THE CONSULTED DEALER HE TOLD TO COME TO HIS SERVICE GARRAGE . AFTER GOING THERE HE CHECKED AND TOLD ME THAT PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE SO WILL BUY THE PARTS FROM MARUTI AND WILL INFORM YOU IN THREE DAYS . THEN NO CALL CAME FROM THEM THEN I CALLED AND ASKED WATS THE POSITIOIN OF THE VEHICLE . THEY TOLD PARTS HAVE NOT CAME YET AND THEY WANT MORE 5 DAYS FOR THE ARRAIVAL OF PARTS . AFTER THAT STILL THEY ARE TELLING THE SAME THING PARTS HAVE NOT CAME YET . SO I WANT TO KNOW WHEN THE PARTS WILL ARRIVE . . .AND THE DEALER IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY. JUST THEY ARE ASKING TIME FOR THE PARTS . . .SO PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO THIS OR ELSE I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION. . . .

I have maruti Alto LXI car which purchase in march 2009 in auotomotive showroom at nashik. & i fitted the centre locking for at autocop with in 2 days. From those day my car is working in good conditon. but when i give my car for 1st servicing that time autocop connections are lost but i have warrenty period for autocop so i reconnect it from service provider.
Then i drive my car upto 4500 km & give the car for 2nd servcing same showroom, after servicing when i seen my car turn indicator are not in working condition.
when ask about that the service man said that your fitted autocop so indicator is off but i replied them like but i fitted autocop in march and i used it in long drive that time there is no trouble on road .
At time of both servicing i faced this problem
now in this rainy session indicator of my car are off condition what i do?

This is to inform you that I had given my Swift for first service in your authorised service station M/S Competent auto in Shivaji Marg. Inspite of service they did not change the Engine Oil even they did not wash the vehicle. When I had visited for complaint for my Vehicle no DL8C NB 6831 they agree we did not wash the vehicle and also asked you cannot challenge for Engine Oil. If vehicle run 8 to 10 km the engine oil will be dirty. It will become the negitive effect on the image of the big company. COMPLAINT FROM REEMA MEHTA VEHICLE NO DL8C NB 6831 VDI SWIFT.
