Maruti Wagon R Lxi Duo — Cheating of dealers | |
Dear readers I recently purchased maruti wagon r Lxi Duo Model from Vehicleaders Kangra. Infact the sale of LPG driven vehicles are rare in Himachal as well as in Kangra so Dealer told me that I have to book that model. They gave the brouchures of Wagon r Lxi model. I read all the specifications of vehicle & booked the vehicle after paying a sum of Rs. 10,000/- as booking amount. When I got the delevery & got the bills of vehicle, I found the seating capacity is only 4 persons instead of 5 persons as mentioned in the brouchure. The dealer told me that at the time of booking only wagon r lxi brochures were available, which is having the capacity of carrying 5 persons. Is that my fault? Then finally i registred the complaint in maruti customer care centre but till date no satisfactory resolution provided to me. This is how the dealers of Maruti as well as maruti udyog is cheating customers & making their money. This is the serious issue. If no satisfactory resolution will be provided to me. maruti Lxi model car — cheating
sir myself pushpa mahto...i have booked maruti swift lxi model in 14th feb..at bhika ji kama place showroom...dealers rana motors said that car will be available to us after all legal formalites have been complete...before 18th feb we have paid them 3.50 lakh in lash and took 1.50 lakh loan...when these formalities have been complete they ready to deliver car on 21th feb..but on 21th they said that they have only 2009 model available and we have to took that..when we refused they really behavioured badly...they are forcing us to took 2009 model..and saying if we want 2010 model than we have to wait till march when budget has been come...we had alredy mentioned them they we want car before budget...but know they are not listening us and don't even pick are phone...we really don't know what to do...please help... Always take verbal commitments on paper !!!
If they refuse. take the name of the sales person and write to Maruti Udyog, marking the CMD...

Maruti Wagon R — cheating the customers
Dear sir ,i have taken maruthi wagan r on sep 07/09/2009,i have same missed periodical services at regular time intimated by servive dealer orally...he had not intimated that warranty does not valid for those customers and it is not even in manual book given by maruthi, i have visted service center ADARSHA AUTOMOTIVES PVT .LTD H-NO 8-6-313/1 ,BY -PASS X ROAD HYDERABAD RAOD KARIMNAGAR,505001 on 02.08.2010 for service of my wagan r........after long fight with service manager he agreed for warranty of parts to replace ......but the labour charged for replace thouse parts are nearly equal to part charge ...they indirectly collected the part charges from me ......... i request do to ignorance ,convience,busy ....we may miss regular servies or may not do at right time ....but if you miss your commitment ...andif you put burden on customer to replace or repair charges how u r judging u customer.....i request pls i am customer my vechice purshase date not even crossed year....i[censored] behave in this way.........i stricly want to say .......pls check out by attactment for clarifaication...my deatils bandal ravinder, wagan r , ap1s1224,contact number [protected]
Wagon R — Miss Commitment & cheating to Customer
Respected SirI have book a Wagon R car dated 15/10/2009 in Competent Motor Connaught place Booking amount Rs10000 & I give him a D.D Amount of Rs325372 dated 24/11/2009 . They commited me discount of Rs30265/. in PROFARMA INVOICE ALSO COMMITED FOR EXECISE DUTY REFUND. but they have not give bill what they have charge & They also take to time in car delivery They have allready charge for registration but not provide me registration no also they have not fitted cng & nor give me refund.
