Misbehaving with customer

Mr. Rana H. S. Rekhi, Mr. Deepkaran Rekhi and Ms. Harveen Rekhi.

Your branch delhi staff are forcing customer to buy basic kit and insurance. They are not allowing customers to buy their own insurance ON THEIR OWN they are forcing customer and misbehaving with customer.

MOSTLY in the new BREZZA car.

Kindly take serious action in this issue otherwise we have to raise this issue to the government...

I have purchased WAGON R LXI CNG from gurgaon rana motors sector 29 on 21 January. I was told that my RTO registration file will be deposited at Rewari but 1 week has gone still it is not done. Temporary registration is valid for 1 month only. I have made complaint to sales person also but he has still not deposited my file at Rewari RTO. Please arrange to deposit my file at Rewari location

    I had booked Maruti Brezza LXI CNG in July 2023 at Rohan Motors, NOIDA.
    At the time of booking, they had confirmed that the car had a waiting period of 16-18 weeks.

    We have already waited for more than 25 weeks and still don't have any update from the dealer as to when we will get the car. We had also given an option to the dealer that we are good to take any color car of the same model if available due to a cancellation done by any user.

    We need help in getting the booked vehicle, delivered as soon as possible.

      I have booked a car back in 2021 & since the car was not delivered I have cancelled the booking and submitted the request letter to refund the booking amount at Rana motors Prashant Vihar Delhi outlet last year. Till now the money is not refunded by the company, the total amount which I have paid is INR 1100/-

        I am Vinay Kumar a customer of Rana Motors, Okhla phase-1. I had to take claim on my maruti ciaz with registration number DL5CU2155 so i visited the service centre as mentioned above and left my over there on 19/09/2023. The contact person was Mr. Vijay ( body shop). He issued me a confirmed date of delivery was 28/09/2023 but till date the vehicle is not delivered and no response is coming. These people also have no idea how to behave with the customers. They also created a whatsapp group on 29/09/2023 in which all the responsible persons are there from top to bottom as designated. I messaged in that group but no one has replied till now. The insurance company also issued Delivery Order to the service centre on 30/09/2023 still my car is not ready. What is going on i don't know.
        I am confused or i am such a damn fool that i choose rana motors for this claim. I am really disappointed with the service and behaviour of staff members.
        I just want that to whom so ever i am writing want my car back as soon as possible. Pls look into this matter as soon as possible

          I am Manish Nanda, one of your existing customer of Rana Motors.
          I am facing a issue regarding my car service. From your car service Center I received a call of Ms Sushma that my car need to be service . I agree for service, than she send some for pickup of my car. Mr Mishra is the concerned person who is looking into this. But when I received my car back after servicing I faced many problems, from right side tyre some wired noise is coming, driving side mirror is not properly closed and my cng not giving proper average.
          I called him and tell all the problems which I am facing but he ignored me again n again and not resolve my problem.
          It’s a request to look into this and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            My name is Tejveer Saini, I had bought a car from your company last year, whose insurance was expiring, then I got a call from your company that your insurance is expiring, please renew, get it done, then I got the insurance done online, but your employee has given wrong car number in it. I told them that the vehicle number is wrong, then they said that they will correct it now, then they did not even do it, today it has been 8 days since your employee's name was Simmi, she is not picking up my calls or messages anymore. is answering You tell me what should I do now.

            please clear my issue ASAP

              Hi had my car serviced in the month of December. and get my brakes checked

              But in the month of April i had faced a braked failure which is life threatening, and loss of life must be possible.

                  I sent my car for service and insurance claim as well. They did car service and fixed claim work. When I received the car car was not fixed properly for respective claim and also kept many body parts of car kept open. When I compaint about it they again ask to sent back again after 3-4 days they told me your request has been full filled and all things are fixed now and sent my car back. After receiving i found that they have not touched single piece of my car and sent it back as its. When i asked the concern person I have been told thay they will come and check it even i shown each and everything to car delivery boy and sent pics to executive who was looking this matter but no one is bother to take any pain regarding this issue.

                    I gave my car service and bodyshop 2 weeks ago. There were two claims.After service car sent for bodyshop. Body shop took too much time for second claim body scrach n paint and finally car delivered at late evening so that I can not observe the poor work done. After body shop car was not cleaned neither from outside nor from inside. One of body part cover found kept open without fixing. Two car door had some damage and claimed for same. Rana mothor chaged for complete door but fixed only specific damage area. Some extra scraches were found during delivery as well.
                    1.My navigation device not returned.
                    2. Car perfume not gives as commited
                    3. Cleaning not done
                    4. Not sure about other loose work

                      I was a victim of brutal and well strategised Con. Recently I got a call from Rohan motors Gurgaon Wazirabad, the service team or sales team lady called me and offered me to go for my car service, we agreed upon the Sun of 4K to 4.5k depending on additional charges.
                      Later on when my car was sent for service to their service centre, one of the advisor who’s name I am not disclosing here called me and said the amount will go higher as there is some other work to do and adjusted the amount to 8k.
                      They kept the car for two days in service centre to replace car mount rubber and wiper, which they said is the extra work which will cost me 8k.
                      But when they sent the final bill, amount was later readjusted to 12k.
                      Now as a customer I was in dilemma or much of a panic as to why and how I fall into the trap.
                      Guys please avoid this service centre, it’s not worth it.

                        We have purchased 2 maruti suzuki dzire cars on 26 dec 2021 . The two persons who have served us are ramesh and prashant gulati they have told us that you will get full services but we didn't get any service after . The mam who is sitting in accesories department have told us that our doorwisor and power window will be provided till first service but she is also not respoding . The whole branch ks fraud and they have cheated on us we are fed up by complaining regular but no response from their side .

                          Hi, I have received very pathetic service by Harmeet Singh ([protected]) Insurance who takes care of Insurance cases. My car (DL3CCK 9237) got hit by a truck and got front and rear damaged on 01/10/2021 . They called me after one month asking me to pick my car up. Everything was fine until I noticed that AC did not work. I asked them to check the AC as it is not working. Harmeet Singh told me that he forgot to include AC damage in Insurance coverage file and ensured and promised me to come after a week and we will get your Car's AC fixed. Now it's been more than a month, I called him several times he said come after a week or I will call you, but he did not resolve the issue. Now he stopped picking my phone and gave it to other person. I request you to get my car's AC repaired or give the money so that I could repair else where.

                            My car DL12CMbreeza purchased by rana moters, total free and paid services done through the okhla service Station. I last service done in last week of sep 21. Todau due to pollution and check he noticed three bolts of not fixed. I very upsetting. Me and my family use this car, very dangerous us.

                                On 05.09.2021, I gave my vehicle wagonR DL 9CW 4333 for servicing as well as for the stoppage of water leakage from the front glass panel. The front glass was changed two tears back at the same service centre in 2019, then how the leakage was coming.
                                They took 18 days to cater the work and handed over the vehicle on 23.09.2021. I observed the following points that has to be addressed at your end.
                                1. No proper cleaning of the vehicle and mats.
                                2. broken fuel cover panel and no intimation to me.
                                3. Nut, bolts were not fitted in front (engine)side.

                                  I had gone to Rana Motors Jahangirpuri for service. There is a man named Devender Sharma. Treated me very unfairly and at all they don't have the guts to speak and talked to me in a very rude manner and I felt very bad. I didn't feel well.

                                  I request from Rana Motors that Devender Sharma will be taught a little politeness. How to talk to a customer. I want that strictest action should be taken against that man.

                                  And I would definitely like to know that what action did Rana Motor take on that man?

                                    A strange situation happened on ____when two gentlemen landed in my house claiming that the Hyundai I10 Car No. DL 3C BR 8159 that I sold to Rana Motors, Kailash Colony in June 2018, still has RC on my name and these gentlemen wanted me to sign FORM 26 again.

                                    I request you to check, if this is authentic and why my name has not yet been removed from the RC.

                                    Also, without my notice, my personal details were shared with gentlemen I don't know and therefore now am concerned about my safety.

                                    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and ensure the transfer happens duly.
