Sir,
On 31/03/10 I was delivered Wagon R VXI after payment in full from Berkeley's Automoblies, Industrial Area Phase II, Chandigarh. Although I applied for additional discount under my wife's teaching certificate, the dealer took the discount money claiming that if it is reimbursed it will be informed to me and money credited into my A/c.
It's been over three months and I have not received the money nor my wife's certificate copy. Should I wait for some time or go to the consumer court for the necessary legal action againt the Dealer?

WAGON R VXi — Discount Offer
Sir,I am Praveen.P from Kerala at Kollam Dist.. Ive booked a WAGON-R VXi on 26-04-08 at Kollam POPULAR . Ive paid Rs.50, 000/- as DD from Nri Account to popular for DILSE offer, Rs.1, 25, 000/- in the form of finance, Rs.3, 000/- as booking amount.(remaining amount to be paid is Rs.2, 00, 000/-). Yesterday there was an advt in the news paper that Maruti gives an offer of Rs.40, 000/- on WAGON R. The vehicle has not yet been deliverd. I want to know whether I am elligble for this offer. I contacted popular but they are not willing to give this offer. So what should I do to change to this plan. Reply soon
