This is a fake Maruti service centre. Maruti should do something and make sure such so called 'Authorised' service centres do not take people for granted. Even i had a harrowing experience with this workshop.

zen Lx — Bad paid service
i have given my Zen no MH15AS7828 for paid service on 24-09-10 by pick up facility to Shan cars after service they have charge me 4500/- it has drop on 26-09-10 after service i have seen that very poosr quality of washing all mats kept on seat no vaccum cleaning done only body clening has been done i have contact to service customer care but they have not pick my vehicle for only given comitment.please hardly check while vehicle service final inspection should be done for each and every vehicle

Maruti Zen lxi — Irresponsible employees in Body Shop
I had made a claim for my front windshield.No call received for the car delivery, even i had gone there after making a call for the status of the car delivery and was told that i could come and receive the same.
When i reached the Body Shop ROHAN MOTORS GR. NOIDA, the car was not at all ready, even the shard of glass were spreaded inside the car, moreover the wiper was not changed, which i told tehm to do so.
That is not enough, the tweeters and the stereo mouth-frame were, and even one of the tweeters broken while whashing, but no one was able to take the responsibility.
I had to get back my car even with the broken tweeter and the displaced stereo mouth-frame and tweeters.
