Maruti Zen lxi — Poor service and Bad experience

Iam one of your customer having a Maruti Zen Lxi, Vehicle No. KL-01 AL 1172.Which was purchased from SARATHY AUTO CARS and maintained by Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd.Trivandrum.This is my second car and the previous one was also ZEN Lxi.Proudly am very much satisfied with ZEN models.

Recently I had faced a bad and horrible experience with Popular service centre, Trivandrum.As usual I had given my car for service and some polishing wrk.At that time they forced me to do some costly polishing wrk, and I agreed for that.But after taking delivery of my car, I shocked with the performance, it start making unusual notice and the mileage come down to 8 km/l.Before that am getting around 20 km/l. I complained this matter to the service centre. They had taken the car for rectification and kept their for two days and then delivered. The complaint was still continueing.Again I reported, the same process was repeated for several time. Am totally fed up with this irresponsible service that I had never expected from this dealership. Finally I contacted the Manager Mr.Binu, he agreed to give better care for my poor car. He send a person to take the car from my house. After two days Mr.Sujai, the ser.engg. delivered the car to my house at around 9 pm.The very next day morning I found my carshed was full of oil and I noticed it was coming from the under side of my car. Again I called these gays and reported. The same story was repeated. This time I personally went to service centre to take delivery. I had taken the test drive and I noticed the complaint was not rectified. I asked the service engg. Regarding the same. At that time he shouted me and insulted me in front of all customers with vulgar words. And he says that don’t come to the service centre. They will not do any wrk and also said don’t bring this car to this service centre in future.
They harassed me a lot.
Tell me… What kind of service that you are providing to an ordinary customer?
